Very busy metro station. Great central location to the hospitals.
Passengers and staff are rude, facilities are poorly maintained and dirty. Elevator reeks of urine. Passengers routinely blast music with and without earphones and staff do nothing to address it. Despite public service announcement signs up asking people to be considerate, passengers still have inappropriate and even sexual conversations.
Extremely unreliable, took me an hour and half to travel 2 stations. Google map schedule is off.
Generally speaking, the MetroLink and this station is fine--everything works smoothly and as it should. Trains are about every ten 7 minutes; longer out of rush hours.
big station. no need to walk a lot to get a bus.
A stop on the train system that connects to the other rails. Good stop for the CWE area that you can walk to for shops and diverse foods.
