This company has been a huge benefit to Prairie Field Services. They have been instrumental in helping keep our fleet up and running.

These guys were a genuine Godsend! My leaf spring broke on the highway as I was passing through their town, but when I first did my search I found a mobile repair company who said they were unable to help because three of their technicians were out with Covid????. So I asked who would they recommend and the first name that they mentioned was Central Truck & Diesel. That was the first good sign. Then when I searched, I realized that I was approximately 1 mile from them and could limp my truck there without a problem.

This is a large facility with multiple enclosed bays which is operated by a small group of professionals. As I walked in the lady behind the glass reached for her mask ???? and came to the window, called out the manager, equally masked, who immediately walked outside and checked my truck. After some research he let me know that they didn’t have to part and it would take a day for the closest one to arrive via normal expedited shipping, plus their schedule was booked tight. Being desperate I asked if they would fit me in if I were able to get them the part that afternoon and they said they would do all in their power to get me back on the road if I made that effort.

They put me in contact with their rep 4 hours away in Billings, MT who secured the part. Independently I found a courier willing to bring the part that afternoon and as promised they squeezed me into their schedule and got me back on the road within 2 hours of receiving the part. Their rates were reasonable and everyone their was pleasant and accommodating.

Amazing service and even better people! They were so swamped that there was no place to park our RV on their large lot and they still did what they could to take us in. Unfortunately a faulty part (no fault of theirs) brought us right back the same day. Even though we had to leave it behind and cut or vacation short, they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed better than new. I can't say enough about the service crew, almost every mechanic came up and talked to me asking what had happened and stressed their concerns about wanting to help as soon as they were finished with their project at hand. We couldn't have asked for a better team of skilled individuals.

Our company Yeargain Transport, picked up a trailer we were taking to Uniontown PA and it needed some maintenance before the trip. The owner sent us here and these guys were amazing with service. Took great care of us and fast work repairing the lights on the trailer. Highly recommend them to others!

Avoid this business altogether they will lie to you and you They will get right on your truck. And have no intention on doing so. . I recommended this shop to a friend who needed a new motor and they told him it would be 3 weeks and it turned into 5 weeks. They kept telling him they were working on it and they didn't start working on it till he showed backup in town they're liars cheats and probably thieves I've used them in the past but I will never ever use them again

I had no idea why my Freightliner wouldn't start. CT&D came to my location, quickly determined the problem, and resolved the issue to get me back up and running. The person who troubleshot and fixed the problem was obviously a professional who knew what he was doing and, additionally, had great people skills. Thank you CT&D...well done!

Regular semi truck maintenance cost me $675.86.

I am not the one to let them charge that! Freighteliner dealer shop will do from $400 to $500 for sure! Second things is 40mins job they took 2and half hours to finish it ! Especially I did see the labour guy took off my air filter, and I did told them only oil change and fuel filter and grease . Labour $127 per hour, what the FC！They charge me half hour labour for grease ! !! OMG !!! Do not come ! Strong suggestion not come!
