Be VERY careful when parking over night. Your "Event" pass gets you parking during the event but you will be asked to pay $13 to leave the next morning. I think this is incredibly reckless as those who choose to drink and keep their car parked are penalized for it the next morning. We needed the EV chargers in the garage to fully charge and travel back to Canada. Great ballgame but left Cincinnati with a bad taste in my mouth.
Nice place to park in downtown Cincinnati. The parking wasn’t too expensive, there were plenty of parking spots and it was easy to get in and out of.
Would honestly like to know if there are any police presence or garage employees directing traffic to get out of this garage well over an hour after a game.? Stuck for over an hour no movement. Will not park here again for a sporting event. Security here at entrance directing traffic to spots, no one around after game.Entitled people jumping line...p I was nice giving it one star It should be negative five stars. . Never again. No one to be found after event helping customer to leave.
Would give negative stars if possible. If you are going to anything at the banks, save yourself money, time, and stress. Park at Great American parking garage. It's always cheaper and they don't randomly close down the entrances/exits with no explanation. This garage is always filthy and smells like urine most days. I'm telling ya, don't waste your time
rating it 1 star because the attendants in the booth will harass me if i attempt to pay using the machine instead of handing them my card upon exiting. machine works perfectly fine and them yelling at me, slapping the side of the booth, and one of them attempting to slap my car is NOT remotely ok. the garage is in a good location near the riverfront and has a ton of parking (though many spaces are reserved for employees of nearby businesses). but i really despise using it the few times im here for work because of the harassment i get just trying to leave the garage. strongly considering finding another nearby garage or lot for when im working here so i don't have to deal with that. i certainly don't feel comfortable handing my credit card to people who think yelling and attempting to slap my car is acceptable behavior.
This place is a plane crash. A gridlocked mass of quicksand after any event. You have to leave a Bengals game at the end of the third quarter unless you enjoy sitting for at least an hour before you even have a chance to get out of there.????????????Nice staff but what a nightmare getting in and out of.
This is seriously the best place to park if you were going down to the banks Or the riverfront
A garage close to great American ballpark and heritage bank area.
