Absolutely the best breakfast in St. Petersburg, FL, hands down. Over easy eggs were over easy, hash browns were perfection, corned beef hash was homemade and delish, toast was toasted perfectly, the staff were very very nice and attentive, the food was plated nicely and the establishment was very clean and welcoming. There aren’t many places like this anymore, which saddens me. Keep in mind that I’m in no way sad since everything was perfect and me belly be full!
I absolutely enjoyed my whole experience here. I came with a friend to get a quick breakfast and we ended up loving it. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Both of us got the 2 pancakes with eggs and bacon. The food was great and atmosphere was very cozy. The prices were definitely reasonable. We will definitely be coming back.
Nice diner experience. We had a great server and our food came out really quickly. I guess I looked shocked at how quickly, because the server looked at me, nodded toward the kitchen and said "He takes breakfast very seriously.". It shows, because everything was delicious. Great prices as well. Definitely check it out.
We stopped in for breakfast and and had the corn beef hash and eggs It was amazing. Our server was very nice and kept on refilling our coffee. The place was clean and pleasant. This is a good choice for breakfast.
I’ve been driving past this place for years and finally decided to go for lunch . I was searching for a simple BLT, nothing fancy, just crisp bacon, decent tomato, lettuce and toast. You’d think that’s easy, but St Pete restaurants feel the need to put some twist on it and charge $15 for it. I got a classic BLT with onion rings for less than $10! Awesome! I’ll be going back :)
Best breakfast I have had in along time. I ordered the French toast with scrambled eggs. Also got a side of home fries that were amazing, nice and crunchy yet still soft in the middle. My husband got the pancakes and bacon. The bacon was crispy and amazing as well. Service was a little slow but they were busy so understandable.
Today. Mothers Day. May 12 2024 is the first time ever that we treated so disgracefully. Oh. I know now. New management. Too bad. The food and service had always been so good.
I ordered the Beef special with grits. The only thing that was hot was the beef my eggs were hard and cold when I asked for medium.
At no time did the so called manager comme over to see if were satisfied. When we tried to flag her down, we were rudely dismissed.
I finally had to get up to her and excused myself for interrupting her at another table and told her that my eggs and grits were totally cold, she turned around rudely and said there were no more grits and she would bring potatoes. She then came to my table and embarrassed us by saying very loudly that I was rude in coming to her.
Unfortunately it will be the last time we go there. Too bad. The service use to be better.
She definitely did not act like a manager.
Really awesome food for a great price , this is one of the cheaper places in the surrounding area and the foods better than the competitors I definitely recommend checking it out
