I can't say more than enough to explain the profession of Auto repair and fair pricing unlike a lot of other places that really stick it to you. Matter of fact you are more than likely be staying with this mechanic because of the supreme work hand quality.
Needed work done, was able to drop off and it was completed on the same day. Not sure what the average cost of labor is these days, but all in all friendly and explained the problem before going ahead and doing the repair. I was satisfied with their work.
I've been bringing my cars to Ernie for years. At first because they were convenient to my work. Now I drive from Leominster to have Ernie take care of my car. Honest, reasonable prices, and great work! Highly recommend!
Best garage in the area. They always get my car in fast, the work that they do is top notch, and the prices are great. Owners are super friendly. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
I recently moved to the area and in need of a mechanic. The good news is that they returned my call in a very timely manner. My concern is how I was spoken to. I explained what my issues were with my car and wanted a second opinion from a local person. The guy I spoke with responded with an annoyed tone, stating that we don't even have an opening for at least two weeks and we don't do an estimate for free. Okay, I asked how long he might thing it would take to "diagnose" the issue, again annoyance "maybe half and hour" and then proceeded to tell me again that there aren't any openings for at least 2 weeks. Perhaps next time an approach might be to say "I would be happy to help you with an estimate in two weeks when we have an availability and the charge would be..." It seems as though they do not need my business and will not get it.
Ernie is a lifesaver!!! I was getting my dogs’ nails cut at a lady’s house across the street and one of my dogs thought it would be cute to lock me out of my car????????????
Ernie came over with his tools and unlocked my car, no damage to the door and no charge.
What a great professional!!! ????
Thanks again!!!!
New to the area and already found an excellent mechanic! My Volkswagen’s right front headlight was out and made a loud buzzing noise. Jiffy Lube sent me away at a loss. Central Avenue quickly figured out the issue & fixed it within five minutes, saving me a trip to a Volkswagen dealership, and only charged me $20! I highly recommend this place!
The best service at a very fair price. Extremely quick as well! They care about their customers and always deliver as promised. If you are looking for a trusted and skilled mechanic, you will be elated with Central Ave Auto.
