Their dining is outside, so make sure you dress warm on a cold day... The food was delicious! Everything there, including their aguas frescas.
If I could do no stars I would!
I have been coming here for years and although it started as a great eating spot for the whole family, it is no longer the case.
1. Parking is always an issue. If you are willing to wait for parking or don't mind stacked parking then this shouldn't be a problem.
2. Wait times. They made us wait ONE HOUR. It is understandable to wait a while due to the amount of customers, but this is unreasonable.
3. The food quality. As I mentioned, our experience started off very well. It has slowly degraded in quality. As shown in the picture, I ordered a Carne Asada Sope and was given the hard nerves (hardly any meat). As I raised my concerns about this, one of the employees said that they can't guarantee a clean amount of meat. Let me remind you, the reader, that I had just started eating this and the bites were inedible.
4. Uncomplete orders. It's been my experience that when waiting for the order they always forget something. I then have some family members eating and others still waiting, while other families continue to receive their food. Again, management has failed to resolve this and instead tries to blame it on the customers.
Save your money (this place is not cheap), save yourself, and save yourself the stress this place causes. It's not worth it.
Bad customer service, not happy people working there, not a good idea to eat there, is better take out, food is what it saves that place.
This place is good, the food is delicious but over time the service is just lacking. It’s not worth going anymore because it’s usually some poor lady with too much to do and not enough time to treat customers the way they should be treated. Parking is always an issue. Hopefully the owner will improve the short staff issue because this place used to be amazing and now it’s just well … not. Goes to prove that even if the food is awesome, customer service really does make a difference.
I was there back in 2019, great food, great service, great place, my last visit Nov 2023 no so good, parking space was reduced to accomodate dining area under a tent, Service is not even a one star if I have the option I'll give negative 2 stars (-2) the only good about the cecina supertaco was the tortilla, mole had no flavor and you dont have an option about what piece of chicken you want, they only have breast and it was dry and tasted like nothing I think carboard might have more flavor. Chalupas? They have no idea what a chalupa is, girl takin orders needs to work somewhere else but not serving people she still young and I really hope she is not thinking about becaming a cop, she gave rude answers everytime I asked something. SORRY I WILL NEVER COMEBACK.
The food is sooooo…… good. I live there tacos árabes and there cemitas and the súper taco !!! Delicious …. I recommend all my family and friends. The customer service is on point very friendly. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I feel like family when I come here.
Over rated. Too small of a place. Not enough parking. They didnt take my order correctly.
The cemitas themselves werent that great. It was overloaded with cheese to compensate for lack of flavor, minimal on the avocado and meat was not of good quality.
This place used to be great! My family & i would always come here because of the great food and customer service but OMG literally 1 hour for the food and exactly 14 minutes in line waiting to be charged. Everything is just so unorganized. If your willing to wait for one hour for your food then go ahead. But this place is no longer worth coming too!
