Incompetent at best, scammy at worst. I brought my phone in for repair and now Apple Pay doesn’t work, the MagSafe magnet array is damaged, and there is a dead group of pixels on my screen. When I returned to ask them about it, they were all confused and only focused on the “wireless charging issue”. Completely ignored all the other issues with the phone that I told them about.
I’d really like to give them benefit of the doubt, but I really just think they’re completely incompetent.
Not to mention that when I called in, I said “I need to get my phone repaired” and with no further information, they determined the price of repair to be $160. They had no clue what was wrong with my phone, and the repair definitely wasn’t worth $160. $50 at most.
Came on my off day to get my screen and charging port replaced; they replaced the screen and forgot to replace the charging port. I was out of a phone until my next off day. When I asked for a discount, I was told, “no, it’s been paid and fixed.”
Will not be returning.
We had a problem with our phone screen which is crack and was replace then had a little issue on it , We bought it back and they fix it to our satisfaction. This place is pretty good once they figure out what is going on. I would recommend talk to Delana and Tasha for customer service for a better communication. They both are wonderful
I pd $139.00 to get a screen Procter and cracked screen fixed when I got my phone back it had an echo, volume will not go up people can't hear me now I have to but another phone there wasn't anything wrong with it but the screen their diagnosis was the main frame WHAT!!
The person did a fantastic job at fixing my front and back screen for my iPhone 8! He is very quick and thorough and couldn't be happier with the results. Hopefully I won't crack any more of my screens but if I do, I know where to go!
Cell phone repair SPR is super amazing. I took my sons phone to the mall to have his screen fixed and less than 2 weeks it blacked out. I took it to SPR and it has been good every since. I highly reccomend their service.
Absolutely terrible repair & customer service.
After 12 hours my new screen had cracked all the way down the center & completely FELL OUT of my iPhone!
They would not replace and I was forced to take my phone to Hattiesburg to another repair company, who explained there were several parts missing from my phone.
Do not use this business for any of your cell phone needs & repairs.
I’m one of many customers who have had the same thing happen.
I called the shop asking for a phone with a specific feature and I was told there are few models in the store that would match my requirements. I drove the same day quite a distance to get one. When I arrived I was told they never had any phones with the specifications that I needed. They wasted my time and gas. Very disappointing.
