The only thing working in there favor is that they did the work. It was an unprofessional atmosphere. Then theu charged me 50 dollars more than they quoted me on an alignment because "the bolts were hard to get off, and I had to use the torch." I don't know about you but to me that sounds like a scam. If I had went to a reputable shop theu wouldn't have done this. It would have been the same price. I only came here because it was cheaper than NTB and then it ended up more expensive. I am fuming.
Drew, the owner is an awesome guy and will beat any price around. He does awesome work and is as honest as they come! Oil changes, brake work, alignment (4 wheel alignment also), spark plugs, inspections, most general mechanic work. You name it, he can do it! He's the best at solving problems most can't figure out!
Left my car there (appt 1pm oil change and inspection) and I left my phone # to call me if there is an issue or when it done, I moved on with my day while waiting a call . Nothing I called them 5 min before they closed. Will they change the oil and no sticker due to missing fog light (it was in the car)!
Drew does a great job at what he does if you need your car or truck fix i know i can count on drew he the only one i will take my car too
Called Drew from Hilliard OH for advice on tires, received an honest answer and good advice - I'd drive 3hrs for him to work on my car, for his honesty.
Office manager I spoke with told me one price on the phone, and charged a much higher price after the fact. Requested motor craft filters for fuel and oil. Told her I could pick them up. She said no worries we don't up charge. There was a 10% up charge on the filters. Was told they changed fuel filters on diesels all the time. However I had to show the tech where my second one was, and he did not prime my system afterwards. Luckily it started. Beware if you take your vehicle here for anything.
Cecil tire is a joke. They quoted me for an exhaust and labor and then charged almost 80 bucks more. Absolutely terrible job. Wrong muffler, pipes that still leak fumes and to top it off, no tailpipe. The heat from the jacked up exhaust job has melted wires to my reverse light. I'm very leary about taking it back for them to fix the botched job, which they are fully responsible for to begin with.
They get stuff done right from what I hear but they are expensive. $25 to seat a tire bead on a rim.
