Been coming for a long time. Food is good, and the big patio is nice. The host have never been that friendly but not a big deal (not many people like their job) it was concerning when I was there the other day and told them the chicken wasn't fully cooked and they said nothing and nothing was done. Food safety is super important and can make people very sick. You never know what conditions people may have where eating undercooked meat could harm them. But they didn't seem to care they served it that way.
Stopped here for a fast bite on our way back east. Salsa and chips were immediately served as we looked through the menu. There was only one sever on which felt typical for a Monday evening but she was MOVING. We ordered our apps with drinks which were ready in 4 minutes and then our food when our drinks arrived. Ready in 9 minutes and did not sacrifice one bit of flavor. Large portions that reflect the price and definitely your money's worth. Would definitely stop again if ever in the area.
Ally (maybe Allie haha) served my friends and I tonight. Some of the greatest service we’ve had in a long time. They were so busy but you couldn’t even tell. Ally had many tables and still took the time to stop by and ask us how we were doing often. Amazing conversation that you usually don’t get from servers. She was absolutely 10/10. Exceptional staff and service as always. Food and drinks were absolutely perfect.
Spent a few hours here while our kids were at a concert down the street. Great service! Mathias was awesome! We both got Chimichangas and they were delicious! I was very happy with all the vegetarian options and their willingness to modify ingredients! The plantains were so good! Great chips n salsa and queso! We would definitely return.
The meal was terrific and flavorful and hot. The atmosphere was welcoming and people were respectful. The margaritas were ok. Parking was close by. Prices were reasonable given the location. I would definitely go back. The outdoor seating was wonderful.
Always delicious! Great frozen margaritas! There’s always seating when I go. My friends and I love to sit on the patio. Sometimes the atmosphere can be a little interesting when they have a DJ for occasions.
I've been to Cazualas many times and the food is always absolutely fantastic. It's what keeps me coming back.
Unfortunately what keeps me from coming is how terrible the service is here consistently. Most of the time is pretty standard, but some days (when they aren't even busy) it takes 10-15 minutes to find our waiter/waitress. I had to ask 3 different servers for our checks the last time we came in. There seems to be a heavy focus on to-go orders so maybe I should try that instead since the food is very good.
Cool place, had a lot of energy and was very busy. Our server was very polite and food came out pretty quickly. The margarita prices were good. And the food quality wasn't bad, but I was expecting a little more for the prices. Not a bad experience at all, but would probably try something else in the area before eating here again.
