Best WLM Reviews
Nita was amazing! I love me some cava but she made it a better experience because she suggested options that I usually don’t get and whew…. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MAKING MY BOWL this way. Thank you for making my lunch date with my sister amazing. Oh and it was my sister’s first time here and she loved it !!!! (Sn: I got my boyfriend a bowl as well. It may not make it home lol)
This location is extremely beautiful, the customer service that was provided has been over the top! Chris did a phenomenal job at ensuring that I received the best service! And the FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
So I am editing my review here as I have been to this place so many times now(I definitely like the food) but in the last few times I did not get the everything I needed like saffron rice wasn't there, then popular salad was out, then sauces and mostly will be out.
Lastly, food and cuisine is really good but it's upto the franchise to maintain and carry on.
I came here for the first time ever, and Nita was literally amazing! She was so patient with me while also being so kind to suggest what she thought I would like based off the preferences I told her. Left as a very appreciative and satisfied consumer!
This location is consistently out of items. Do not order delivery as every meal is missing ingredients and it is hard to get refunds. I recently received an order missing 83% of what I paid for and was offered a 50% discount. So generous of them only to take $22 away from me for my inconvenience of ordering with them.
Food is usually good when available though!
Absolutely Terrible service. Will never come back here again. We placed an order for pick up and showed up a couple minutes early. Not ready yet, fine we are early so we waited while they made it. Except they didn’t make it, they ignored the pick up orders and only made the orders for customers in line. 20 minutes later we check in and find out they still have not started making our food. At this point our 8 month old daughter is fussy as it is her nap time. I take her and my wife back home, and then come back to pick up our food. It has now been 45 minutes since our scheduled pick up time and our food is still not ready. I asked if we could just cancel at this point, but we were told that they couldn’t do it, we would have to do it from the website. The website directed us to call the store to cancel (which they claimed they couldn’t do). When we finally did get or food, it was edible. It they messed up 3 of the four items we ordered. Never again.
This is a pretty cool Mediterranean place. I have never eaten here before and a friend of mine told me that it was a must. She was not wrong. Cava is like the subway of Mediterranean food. You tell them what you want and they mix it in a bowl or a wrap for you. The service was good and helpful. Which I was great full for since I had never eaten there before and I had no idea what I was real long doing. There are plenty of options for both meat lovers and vegetarian such as myself. The parking is free in their parking lot.
It was delicious. I am a fan of zoe Kitchen, and this is not zoe. I like the food here, it is a good healthy menu. Mediterranean is one of my favorite foods.
