I just ordered 2 build your own greens + grains bowls from college park Cava and was highly disappointed. Two of the items we asked for were missing (roasted corn and roasted sweet potatoes) in one bowl. In the second bowl, sweet potatoes were basically raw! Quantity was literally a half of the bowl (unlike the website images that show the food bursting over the rim).
I could have let this one go if at least we didn’t receive raw, uncooked food which could potentially make us sick.
Today I decided to have a late lunch at CAVA Grill in College Park, and I was really satisfied with the quick service, quality of the food and cleanliness inside of the casual restaurant. I had a super green bowl with rice and braised lamb. I added several of my favorite sides and sauces, and completed the meal with an order of pita chips, the pita chips are so good I highly recommend them. Cava grill continues to be one of my go to fast casual restaurants because of their freshness and price the food amount ratio. I definitely recommend them for lunch and or dinner if you don’t feel like cooking because of the mini options that they have. They are also a good choice if you’re one that is trying to track their nutritional intake because of all the available nutritional facts you can find within the store.

Cava came in like a wrecking ball and has my heart haha this food is great! Extremely fresh, Hispanics in this place are very professional and were helping me thru my first time!
Went in the 2nd time with in a day or 2 apart and I was attended by a rude Asian American lady with glasses she was extremely rude and acted bothered Everytime I would ask her for something .. but food was still good so f it!
I ordered from door dash so i'll be sure to leave a review here and on the app. The quality of the food I received is simply unacceptable. Small portion sizes, extremely stale pita, very unintentional prepared and extremely cold. We all are aware of the rising food cost so the expectation is at least that a meal is edible especially when it cost $20. I hope that this review reaches a manager who cares because whoever made my meal tonight really ruined my dinner and wasted my money.
Had Uncooked brown rice in bowl and when brought it to manager’s attention that don’t want the bowl and asked for the refund, she refused for the refund saying we don’t offer refund in store! She kept insisting to get another bowl. Poor customer service.
My experience with the food at Cava was exceptional. From the freshness of the ingredients to the variety of options, each dish reflected quality. I highlight the creativity in flavor combinations and the ability to customize my meal. Additionally, the service was friendly and efficient, contributing to a positive dining experience at Cava. However, I would like to point out a situation I observed on the premises. While using the designated single-use restroom, I noticed two employees entering together, a girl and a boy. This may be in violation of the established rules for the space. I suggest reviewing the guidelines and taking appropriate measures to ensure compliance with the rules.
Love the food. Had help with a server who recommended the right choice of what to add to my order. It was.great!
Tried the Lamb meatballs and Harrisa Chicken in make-your-own bowls. Both were delicious. Portion sizes are on the smaller side, for the price they could be more.
