Excellent Mediterranean healthy food. I tried the slow cooked lamb bowl, and I was not disappointed. You got a lot of options to customize your side orders, toppings, and dressings. Service is super quick with plenty of tables for dining in.
It’s 3pm and almost everything is out of stock at this location. This location was also a mess. Their prep tables had food scattered every where, trash bins were over filled, tables were dirty with no one on the floor cleaning up. The team was friendly but was very disappointed with how unorganized and messy it was.
I recently visited Cava on Adams Street in Brooklyn for the first time, accompanied by two friends, one of whom had already tried the restaurant and invited us to join. While the food was delicious, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to the apathetic and rude service we received.
It was disheartening to see such a lack of attentiveness and customer focus from the staff working during Sunday lunch hours. I hope management can address this issue by retraining the crew to improve their customer service. It’s unfortunate that poor service diminishes the enjoyment of the otherwise tasty food.
I come almost every day to have lunch at this place because the service is quick and I have to say that is so delicious, fresh and also the prices are amazing for the food quality and the portions! The workers are very friendly, I would like to say that TJ specially is one of the nicest and friendly workers at this place, always very kind and attentive, thank you so much for such a great service every day! More places should have wonderful workers like you.
Today was my first time here & I was completely lost. But let me tell you Shania came to the rescue!!!! Shania explained everything from how to order, pricing ,taste the in pita bread & sauce. I Appreciate For taking her time my meal was excellent!!!
Used to be one of my favorite restaurants for casual fast food but now service is going down and prices are going up. This used to be so clean but now it’s so dirty the tables are sticky and there is crumbs all over the table. The workers charge me for a drink that I didn’t even order. The floors are absolutely filthy and a my food/serving bowl has got so much smaller. I would not recommend cava to anyone.
Ok so you need to come here! The food is fire! You have to get the pita chips with your meal, whatever your meal is. I got Rice spinach, crazy feta, hummus tzatziki, spicy lamb meatballs regular falafel, corn, olives, feta Fri bow, cucumber tomatoes, garlic sauce and side of pita chips! So fresh and delicious!
The service here could be worked on.
Two things: I asked for more fresh rice and they did not want to accommodate. It was barely any left, and they were making more. I wanted braised lamb, a worker made a comment to her coworker “That braised lamb is what made me have to run to the bathroom after 10 minutes“ .. I did not need to know that, especially after just getting it on my plate.
Good food though. But I don’t see myself coming back to this location any time soon.
