Best WLM Reviews
I was in cava restaurant a couple days ago and I had a very nice experience, the manager Gisela Ramos was very attentive like super knowledge about the food. The food was amazing I really recommend this place to the other people to visit it!
By far the worst cava I’ve ever been to. I get to at night, and they are so picky over everything. I’m not looking for a snack bowl I’m looking for a good meal I can eat after a long day. Every cava I go to lets me pick how ever many sauces I want, and they pointed out that I can only chose two… okay Um you guys close soon, how many people will you feed by then and how much waste are you saving. It’s was this Hispanic lady with glasses. There’s no such thing as extra pita chips in here either. Her attitude was so bad I lost my appetite. I see them walking to their cars right now, no wonder they were rushing me. They put importance to closing early than respecting customers. I get it tho, something must be wrong with their PH levels from working there for so long they are going to obviously act sour.
The service and food was good enough. But, uh, the “Right-rice” gave me severe food poisoning. I went with other women who had regular salads and experienced nothing at all. But the rice has made me turn to Jesus and beg for mercy, and I’m freaking agnostic. Wouldn’t order from there again.
Was there on weekday evening. It was not so crowded. Our three bowls were promptly prepared. Tahini Caesar Bowl was our best among the three. Green and Grains Bowl with Grilled Chicken was also a good mix of healthy ingredients. The Grilled Meatballs in the Grains Bowl were slightly dried.
I've visited CAVA a few times. I really love that you can build your meal. Usually it's easy too much for me. This time - just a few pitas & some dips. Perfect!
This review is a little late, but better late than never...
I organized a group lunch at Cava Cabin John 4/14. Prior to the event, I spoke with Kennia to make sure my group could be accommodated, and agreed on how to pay for the group. She also added in a very much appreciated freebie for our group.
Day of the event, everything went so smoothly. I was able to purchase a gift card to pay for the group of people who came, and Kennia handled our group with ease and no issues. Over 20 people placed an order, there was barely any wait and the food was delicious. Any time the gift card went low, she let me know and let me re-load to keep our purchases going.
I cannot thank Kennia and her staff enough for hosting us, for a delicious lunch, and for staying calm and collected despite 20+ people in our group on top the normal patrons for the day.
Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Let me start by saying that I love cava and go there all the time, but I would never recommend this location. I went a couple minutes before closing time after a long day at work and all I wanted was some cava. The lady with the glasses was rushing me and I asked for extra pita chips and she said I can’t have any. Like what you’re just going to throw them in the trash after you close. It’s so sad that they would rather throw away food than make good use of it. Then I reached the dressings and I always get my tahini ceasar, yogurt dill and shug and then she tells me I can only pick two. Like what??? I’ve never had that happen at any cava I’ve went to before. Way to take care of your customers, honestly at that point I was just ready to walk out but I was so hungry I just put up with it. Im never going back to that location ever again
Easily one of my favorite fast casual places of all time. I will eat cava as often as I can. Their food is delicious and fresh and so well flavored - but nothing is overwhelming neither would it oppose a picky eater.
I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu and in different combinations and my favorite is consistently the braised lamb (worth paying extra for it) and the pita. All condiments are delicious - I think the kalamata olives go well with everything and the lemon herb tahini dressing is my favorite.
I would recommend this place to anyone! And mobile order pickup always works perfectly.
