This location is terrible and is giving Cava a bad name. We have so few quick, healthy options around that I wanted so badly for this to work out. The food is good, but my experience at this location is almost always bad.
If you order online, your food will not be ready at the stated time or even 20-30 mins later and will likely be incorrect. So, I started ordering in person.
Don’t try going anytime after, say 7 pm or they will be out of items. The portions are also very small, at times. Including photos here of several bowls, all from this location, to show the difference in portions.
I have been eating here at least monthly for about 2 years now chasing the high of a good experience and have even sent feedback to corporate on multiple occasions, but it seems this is who they are and I’ll have to just travel further next time I want Cava.
Great option for lunch that isn’t too heavy or light. I find Cava to be one of the best tasting fast foods available in a rush.
I’ve always enjoyed it no matter what city I’m in.

I’ve been to Cava many times, specifically this location. I really like the food and love the falafel here! The pita chips are also very delicious ????. The service isn’t always good at this location and the last visit was very unpleasant and the person making my husband’s food was extremely rude and unfriendly. I spoke with the manager about this incident and she went above and beyond what I expected to resolve this issue. I appreciate her prompt resolution to my problem! She was absolutely amazing! I’d definitely go back because of her!
I love coming here to get some lunch or dinner. They are very convenient, move swiftly, and the staff is friendly and informative. The food is Mediterranean although they could work on the atmosphere and scenery more with that. Food is delicious and flavorful and also very healthy!
I highly recommend this location! The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. They move a lot more efficient than other locations I’ve been to, so you get your food fast even through the rush periods. Will was my cashier today, he was super upbeat and provided the most excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning!
Normally love this location but this was disappointing. Do not order mobile and order in person instead! They forgot my falafel, barely any greens and half the toppings. This was 11.25 and half empty. They were in the midst of closing when we went at 9:30pm which was understandable but def recommend ordering in person.
Big shoutout to the team working tonight! 5/26. Everything was excellent. I was impressed to see employees doing deep cleaning during my visit. Coming from a background in restaurant management, it’s very rare to see nowadays. Also very impressed with the hospitality of the team, they were very attentive, courteous, and respectful.
Whoever leads this unit should be proud at how this team took care of guests and the restaurant tonight.

The food is okay. It does take a minute to understand the options and how it all works. It would be nice if they offered help and or an explanation. The only things I don’t like is that they stay selling burnt, black vegetables and they are often missing ingredients. I guess they were running low on the balsamic date dressing , so they watered It all the way down. My bowl was ruined with that watery dressing they passed out today. Shame on you cava! I think they need a better system, bc they often seem overwhelmed and confused, but they’re still nice and accommodating.
