Some of the best seafood we have encountered. Simply perfect! Highly recommend a reservation, we arrived and were immediately seated. Staff were very friendly and attentive. My only reduced star was for the pretentious attitudes of the patrons. Had a large party of adults celebrating a birthday, and we felt surrounded by the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Not our scene, but if it’s yours you’ll fit right in. The entry is a popular photo op!
Food - delicious! Service and atmosphere- eh!
Our waitress recommended the Cantonese lobster and grilled octopus. The lobster dish came with a generous amount of lobster for the price. The octopus dish only came with a few small pieces of octopus fluffed with a bunch of potatoes. Both dishes had good flavor.
The entrance of the restaurant is beautiful, however, this did not carry throughout. Inside was dark, crowded and loud. The hostess who checked us in was rude and judgy - probably bc we weren’t in black tie attire. Luckily, our waitress was amazing.
Dining at Catch is always a superb experience. I’ve been seated at the bar both times I’ve dined and the bartenders have always been gracious and respectful despite if I’m only having a coffee or a full meal. Highly recommend dining here if you can get a reservation!
The only reason this is 4 stars vs. 5 is because of the wait to get a table, and the lack of seating or comfortable place for people to wait for said tables.
Aside from that, we had an excellent experience dining at CATCH!
The venue is breathtaking from the moment you walk into the entry way. The servers and hostess(es) were really great as well; very friendly and helpful.
We started with sushi- which is something you can’t go wrong with here! Fresh and delicious. The lobster Mac and cheese is something I’m sure I’ll end up craving on a monthly basis for the rest of my life, along with the crunchy cauliflower. We had the mushroom spaghetti and tuna as an entree- both were amazing.
By the end of the meal we were too full for dessert, which just means we need to come back again during our next stay in LV to try their famous dessert menu.
The server was really nice and quick (also professional) food was really good, in specifics the French toast and truffle fries! Very pretty aesthetic. The mimosas were fire, the burrito was alright. I would definitely come again to give some other stuff a try. Easy to get a reservation and waited less than 5 mins to be seated.
True to its root word, (Hotel) Aria resonates with a wonderful culinary melody at the heart of it's intricately designed ground floor seafood restaurant called Catch. Taking a respite from the heat of a midday April sun, we went through a wonderful floral canopy into the main dining hall where we were immediately greeted and seated by cheerful staff. Our group of four ordered soda water to replenish what transpired under the hot Vegas sun. We placed our orders in no time and picked salmon a la planche, poke bowl, hellfire and seared sushi rolls. For appetizer, we had truffle sashimi. They were all very good. The dipping sauce of the salmon dish has an outstanding flavor! The quality of the ingredients was first class and the flavor(s) combination and balance was superbly executed.
Our server was great! The food was good but doesn't hold up to the expensive prices. Our food experience might have been better if we came for dinner.
Lose 1 star for unconsidered waiting areas for guests+no smiles at front desk. We’ve been waiting 15 minutes at the entrance but seen zero friendly greetings to guest.
Other than that we love the fresh food and great table service. The grilled octopus is overrated. Bland and chewy
Overall it’s worthy to come back
