The customer service and staff is beyond exceptional no words to describe it. This a place you can easily lose time . It small in size but BiIG IN ATMOSPHERE just looking for a fun experience this is the place. A quick ride from Charlotte
Looks can be deceiving. When we arrived at this casino we couldn't believe how small it was. It looks like a bunch of container trailers attached to one another or maybe like a modular site. Not impressive at all from the outside. Wasn't even sure if I wanted to go in but decided to give it a go. I was amazed by how many machines were in there. There was a nice selection of machines and the best part of all you could hear and see people winning. We even won. I went into the bonus on most machines I played with only a few presses. Those machines I did not go into the bonus on had high enough wins that I didn't need to go into the bonus to make a profit. Lots of fun. Will visit again when I am in the area.
Long Review..this is the second time ive ever done a review but i feel like i have to say something. What a total disappointment. The first time here we overnight in the parking lot. I lost alot of money but that's expected casino are not for winning. This is our second time here and last. If you like a cramp trailer park casino then this place is for you. There are no bonus payout the slot only take your money. Second it was crowded at 11am on a Saturday 3/2/24 morning and the slots were either full or someone is holding a slot for someone who is nowhere to be found. I tried playing several slots but they were holding it for someone else. The security supervisor was rude and dismissive when I tried explaining the need for my Stanley because I needed to take my meds at a certain time his response was to take them all at one time even though I tried explaining that I have to take them on a schedule, he refused to accommodate based on their policy. The food truck was nasty and expensive the lady was rude. I finally had enough after losing twelve hundred dollars in 30 minutes and went outside for some fresh air. I walk down to the end of the ramp where a nice elderly lady was sitting before I could sit down the security supervisor came and told her she had to leave as she was sitting in the employee area. There were no sign posted that she was in an unauthorized area. I told him he was being rude as the lady clairly was walking with a cane but he told her she had to leave this made me so angry. I called my husband to come pick me up because I refuse to go back into an establishment that treated parions that way. I apologize to the lady because I really felt bad for the way he spoke to her. We traveled full time in an RV and have been to countless casino in the USA and Canada and have never been so disappointed with a casino. We will not come back here as a high roller player with a YouTube channel and over 150k followers I will take my money elsewhere.The staff was friendly but it took over 15 minutes to get a bottle of water I would give zero stars, but the staff was nice and cordial.
I frequently visit this location as it is the closest casino to me.
I find it very clean in the restrooms every time as well as at the machines as staff is consistently moving around to clean them and place seats back.
The staff and security are friendly at the counters, entrances, and walking through.
The sports book room is one of my favorites and also has kiosks throughout.
The casino games are enjoyable and kept up, but I am anticipating live tables that would add to the entertainment soon.
Their give aways are also fabulous with the tier program, and I hope they become a 5 star casino when they upgrade from the temporary setup.
Really cool place can't wait to see the final building once it gets built. Staff was really nice and accommodating to having a wheelchair. Some aisles were kind of narrow though. Over all great experience.
Smooth little casino. They need to build a building though. This trailer setup isn’t that fire ????. Y’all def won enough money from Nc/Sc residents to start digging.
Very clean establishment, we went there on a weekday morning. It was not busy, there are plenty of machines to play on. All of the machines look brand new. There was a little sandwich shop there also food truck. Bathrooms were also very clean. If you are a smoker, there is a smoke area outside. I would recommend this establishment to go with family and friends. We didn't win this time, but maybe next time.
It’s a fun, nice, clean establishment. I wish the comps were better. I play here often ever since they opened the doors but I’ve still never even gotten a hand pay or hit a major so that’s disappointing but overall it’s a great place to go to win a little and have a lot of fun.
