My Experience was Bad due to a lack of customer service.

I send my Son to buy us dinner he want i to eat carne asada Burrito at Los Primos Tacos a place close by and already Garantee as a Good Service and Prices and I told him to go to Castanedas I hasmd a Good experience on the past until today I want to get the 2 chiles rellenos plates w rice and Beans and Tortillas.

We couldn't find it on the Menu online and I told him to go they sure can help him over there.

But I wasn't aware of the bad service.

He tell them on spanish

2 chiles rellenos or ask for ut and they give him 1 chile and 1 enchilada.

We pay $28.28 for the order we didn't ask for a Free Food.

I call them on the phone and explain the miss comunicacion and the girl tolme was my Son faul and if I want to get the right plate I have to pay for it.

I told her that some one on his Company will definitely care about keeping a customer Happy and this customer can keep baying and eating his Food and she told me sha was a customer too.

Another person cone to the line and very much told me she can not resolve my issue that she will write my number and give to the manager on charge and the manager will callme and is already Night time and no one call me I repeatedly told her I am not aleating my food because I really order 2 Chiles rellenos and no just 1 with a enchilada that I don't like.

I believe they do not take a minute of their time to solve a customer concern and You have to be carefully came to this place I won't order any more food from here and I wish any other Mexican Restaurant come up and stay open 24 hrs like they do because other pkaces definitely has better service.

I have always received good quality food here with no problem until today I order from door dash and received my order Carne asada fries and a carnitas burrito almost paid 15 for the burrito well the pictures speak for themselves I couldn't even get a full refund

We just went late last night and the cashier was working both the front and the drive thru by herself and still had the best customer service. Her name was Natalie. The food was hot & fresh and she even brought every plate to our table. We ordered a carne asada taco, birria taco, and carne asada fries. The food was 10/10 & the salsa bar was on point. This location is 1000% better than the one in San Bernardino. I was apprehensive at first to come try it because of alot of negative reviews but we will definitely be going back.

Good afternoon everyone! The girl/woman at the drive thru today was totally awesome! I really Loved her smile and energy. The food was delicious as well. I'm a big fan of the burritos there and the carne asada fries. Happy Saturday y'all!

I was the only customer. The cashier was in the back and said you interrupted my break (as she was chewing). The placed smelled like a dirty mop. I genuinely like Castanedas food but I will not be returning to this location

I bought a carne asada burrito too much pick de gallo that’s all I taste onion and tomato nasty barely any rice and beans it went to the trash waste of money

I been going to a location in Riverside for the past two-three years, so convenient they open this place in Bloomington. I've tried most of their menu and so far I've liked everything I've tried here, it might not be the best, but for what it is? It doesn't gets better, I often find myself going to get some grub in the middle of the night and I end up at this place, it beats hamburgers.

She got snappy thinking I was changing my order instead of adding to it..work on your attitude and language barrier I know it's Mexican food you still have to speak English we're not in Mexico
