I used to love this place and this location but it went downhill. service is awesome quick and respectful.But there food had gotten worse though out they years I came last year got there carne asada fries small portion for their price when I go to other places they are cheaper and give you more bang for your buck. The tase as well has gotten worse too. I used to recommend this place to a lot of people and they loved it and now a days they tell me this place sucks ????
Is this supposed to be guacamole? The only good thing they had was the asada fries. No going back it taste like old artificial guacamole.
Service at The drive thru was outstanding, the young lady took my order correctly and was efficient. I ordered 3 burritos: 1 Cali with no Pico de Gallo, and 2 grilled chicken burritos with cheese and sour cream only. I even paid extra for both burritos to have extra sour cream and cheese. I drove home which is 8 minutes away, I gave my son his Cali, he took a bite , it had Pico de Gallo. Wife and I bit our chicken burritos, the chicken was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the small amount of sour cream in them was ridiculous. If I'm paying an additional $2.50 for each those additions, I expect my burrito to have them. And the chicken was so dry, This is such a disservice to the customer. I ended up adding my own sour cream at home. The food quality has significantly dropped and prices are excessive for the quality you are paying. $41.00 for 3 burritos only. I called to report my concerns and the young lady that took my order was very apologetic and asked me to go back, I declined and asked her to please notify her cooks and management of the poor quality food they are sending out. Sadly this will be my last visit to this location.
The quality has diminished over time. I am forgiving since every place isn’t the best but the shrimp shell was my last reason. My gf is allergic to all seafood, so the shrimp shell would have been devastating.
It gets me thinking that their kitchen is cross contaminated
Infractions:
1) dead cockroach stuck on the side of my red salsa cup
2) shrimp shell mixed in my fries
Drive through is fast. Parking is easy. Indoor seating is limited. Prices are fair. Hot food is definitely hot. Enjoy the good tasting food!
Stay away from this place my wife purchased the Chile Relleno Burrito hardly any chili or beans then ordered chili fries with hot Cheetos the were stale everything was soggy and cold, 2 items at $33 plus dollars. Will never go back we threw the food in the trash.
I purchased #14 on the menu which is a beef taco and 3 rolled tacos and this is what I got 4 rolled tacos only?! Also ordered a large drink & stuffed jalapenos. The guacamole is brown green ?even the side of guacamole and very thin consistency.May just have to check this off the list as placed to eat.
This is the nastiest Mexican food in town. Use to go there all the time. Stopped when they have so many more better option Mexican food places. The food is nasty. Tacos are super dry. Ordered the 5 rolled tacos and the tortillas to them were so hard it tasted like they warmed them up 2 times and tasted soo terrible. The food is just so nasty… I don’t know how they’re still in business. Last time I went to the location in Hemet and asked for carrots and the lady tried to charge me .25 cents for carrots!!. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon because I don’t understand how such a disgusting place still has customers. Save your money and go to a better Mexican food restaurant that’s serves way better quality food .
