Best WLM Reviews
We used to love Cassanos here in Piqua, but every time this one girl works my pizza is messed up. Tonight it was so rubbery but also looked like it wasn’t done. I called and since we threw away the pizza and didn’t drive it back (which they charge for delivery so why should a customer have to drive back!?) they gave me a $3 credit!!! This lady that works looks like she hates her job and is rude. Whenever she’s not there the pizza actually turns out good. I hate leaving bad reviews but it wasn’t our mistake. They could’ve at least gave me my $5 credit I had from ordering so much back.
Pizza was not cut, toppings were cluped together some parts did not have anything on it. Not good.
It was 10 mins to close and I asked if it would have been a problem ordering that late and if they ok with me order that late. Got mix answers and was rudely asked what I wanted with an attitude. Food was ok, but service was not good besides the guy that gave me the food. A simple no would have been better that the service I got from the waitress inside from the start.
The order was not completed correctly. The sauce they gave with the calzone and a sauce was ordered for the pizza was cold straight from the refrigerator. The personal Pizza had mushrooms when it wasn't supposed to and the calzone was supposed to be a deluxe. Calzone was flat and pepperoni some cheese.
Update:
Thank you Cassano's for making this right. I do love me some Cassano's!!!
Went in an ordered to go and they even brought it out to my car for me when it was done. Delishes.
We ordered pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was very greasy but everything was
delicious!
Good food . Great staff. Good location. Decent prices
Do you not use hairnets??
