I frequent the Casino Queen. It's an enjoyable experience virtually every time. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is laid back. That's not to say there isn't excitement to be had. They have a good amount of slots that cover a wide range of denominations. I'm not much for the table games but when they are open they seem to get a good amount of action. Deli and Chips offers good eats at good or better value. Id much rather play locally than drive an hour or more for what is about the same experience. Of course opinions differ from mine. This just my honest take on a more than adequate gaming establishment. Have a good day y'lll
Fun experience!!! And they are non profit - I think, we walked out of there with the same amount we walked in so not too shabby! I recommend you walk upstairs to the top deck, the feels and view are breathtaking!
Casino Queen Marquette is a pretty unique casino experience, for it is my first boat casino, but the casino is being moved onto land in the future. A couple of things I noticed compared to other casinos, there was no high roller area and drink service lacked.
An out of town friend had left their jacket the night before. I called to pick it up, and security brought it right out to my car.
I'm NOT a big gambler but this casino was worth checking out! There are a LOT of slots on the Queen Marquette but it was a unique atmosphere! We enjoyed coming out here, and trying our hand on a few machines. I LOVED the view from the boat!
Very cool to be able to gamble on a boat on the beautiful Mississippi River. Staff was polite and the place was clean. The only drawback is as soon as you get to the walkway to cross to the boat you smell the cigarette smoke. The air cleaners take out the visual smoke so that isn’t a problem it’s just the smell hangs in the air.
Went here for our honeymoon and it was a fun idea because it was a casino on water which is the only draw it has. We lit cigars and were told to put them out and were informed that there are signs “everywhere” (even though we never saw any) Not a fun environment either and the depression on this boat is palpable.
The boat isn't what it was in 2016. I'm disappointed in the experience. Needs an injection of new modern machines, decor and personnel. The atmosphere didn't have the excitement of people looking for that big jackpot! The most that I've seen as a win was $1500.00. Upgrade your workers to stop them from standing around gossiping about other workers!!!! Do it in an employee only area if you must talk badly about someone else!
