Cool dudes, these local businesses are getting rare and these guys do a better job than all these chain corporate companies. One day I really had to get to work but my ground for MG battery finally called it quits, these guys got me a brand new wire and a way better ground point and didn't even charge me all within less than 10 mins. Now every vehicle I own has their batteries and except for my new vehicles I had them do all the starting and charging wires plus the battery terminals they have are probably better than what you are running now and you should go in today and have that done, it's cheap and you'll never have to question your battery connections for a very long time. ALSO, if you need your battery charged and tested to see if it's still good go to these guys, they do it for free and aren't going to lie to ya, the kid at leschwab probably doesn't know how to test a battery and they will probably tell you it's bad anyway so you buy a new one, but these guys here won't mess with you. They have been able to obtain some wierd batteries for me too for example the one on my 4 wheeler a bombardier ds 650 takes a battery that only works for that quad and they didn't make a ton of the quads n they aren't that popular, can am could only source one in the country but these guys got me one within the week.
Service at Cassiday was amazing, they were fast and super polite. They didn’t even charge me when most places around her would charge a lot just for a screw!
Great fast friendly service as always
Really quality service! My wife and I were driving from Portland back to Nampa Idaho when our Alternator likely failed . We ended up getting the alternator replaced in less than an hour. Really friendly workers and overall quality service
I've been here a few times seeking batteries. The two times were for new car batteries and today was for new batteries for a UPS Power supply.
Every time I've been there, a technician has been out front to greet me and ask me how they could help me.
Prices are very reasonable for being a small local business and I'm planning to shop more often.
We were stranded in the hospital parking lot with a dead battery. Called Rick the owner and he came out and gave us a jump. Went to Cassidy battery store and got the best service we can recall and also excellent pricing. Could not recommend this business any more than I have. Best place on town, don't even think of other auto stores for a battey.. thanks Rick
This experience was one of the best I've ever had. I walked in the store and was met by sales staff right away after telling him what type of battery my motorcycle call for he said their is a better option for that bike. It's much easier to install, last longer, our customers who we have given this advice to almost always stopped later and thanked as for the advice. However, after checking the price difference that is where I receive my biggest surprise not only did it cost less but had three times the warranty.
If that's not a reason to go back for battery needs, what is ?
Best place around for anything battery related. They will get you taken care of promptly. Great people!!
