It's a nice place if you are heading north on I-5 it's your last stop for a while and it has a nice view of Bailey cove ????????
Stopped here to check out the back of lake Shasta. Easy access off hwy, restrooms and shade.
Why does a rest stop have a better view than anywhere I've ever lived? Decently clean and like I said, amazing view, it's a good place to stop.

I think this is just outside the rest area but I'm not for sure. It's a beautiful area no matter what.
