This place is nice. The inside is great. All the artwork in detail on the seats and tables and walls are excellent. The food the chicken is also good. It's very flavorful and they grill it. The only complaint I have is the menu is so vast. It's extremely hard to make a decision so sometimes it's just better to ask and go from there. The prices are a little steep so know that going in you're going to spend $20 per person. Easy
Casa Hacienda Mexican Grill provided a mixed experience for my cousin's birthday celebration. Despite the lively atmosphere when we sang happy birthday ourselves, the service left much to be desired. We endured a lengthy wait of one and a half hours for our food, though it was tasty once it arrived. However, the margaritas were disappointingly watered down, and the additional charge for extra chips and salsa felt unnecessary. Moreover, the bathroom stall door wouldn't stay shut, which was inconvenient. The staff's failure to promptly clear our dirty plates added to the lackluster service. While the restaurant has potential, improvements are needed to ensure a consistently enjoyable dining experience.
Pleasant wait staff is about the only positive experience here. My wife and I are still trying to find our go to Mexican restaurant, and unfortunately this is not the one. Not only were prices just awful, quality is also the cheapest you can find. To add, your first order of chips & salsa are "complimentary", and they give you maybe 20 chips, for each order. If you are down for a penny-pincher overpriced Mexican restaurant, by all means, this is for you. We had high hopes from other reviews and found for ourselves that this is not worth it.

Food is consistently great. Huge portions, so better be hungry or split a meal. Photo is a combo I chose- tamale, relleno with queso and a beef enchilada.
Had the Burrito Hacienda Special today.
Hand in pic for size. That thing was a monster! Full of delicious flavors- rice, onion, bacon, chicken, mushrooms. Just way too big for 1 person. Lol
We ate lunch here as family. 3 different dishes. All burritos. Excellent food. Excellent service!! Flavor and quality and quantity. Must try!
We eat here about three times a month! The freshest and tastiest Mexican cuisine in Columbus, Ohio! We have tried so many items on the menu, and every dish has been excellent! The service is good as well. It is very easy to make a reservation, which is recommended on the weekends.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this place, I ordered a classic Mexican dish, (mole enchiladas). My first impression was the plate, it was not warm, it was burning hot! ????, and immediately noticed the dish had the incorrect sauce, however i gave them the benefit of the doubt and took a bite out of it, of course it wasn't the correct dish. I called the waiter to explain the issue and he instead of apologizing and switch the dish for the correct one he called another Lady who ALSO confirmed it was the correct dish I had ordered.
Up to that point I had been very patient but after 2 staff members telling me I was wrong I decided to tell them I was Mexican and I knew that was not the correct dish. Until then, they took the dish back and brought me the correct one. The manager came over and I explained the issue, and even though she apologized for the "confusion" she did not really do anything for me to go back to that place neither to recommend to anyone who wants to try real Mexican food.
I would give them a (-1 ) if I could!
Omg delicious food!!! Pretty big serving sizes too. As an actual Hispanic let me tell you this is as close as it gets to authentic Mexican food!!
