Jimmy Minor did all my body work for many years. He sold it and is no longer there. He had given me an estimate of $350 for a small job. When I was able to get back, the NEW owners wanted 5 X that amount. Beware.
The best service and quality of workmanship I’ve ever encountered in body repair. Fair, honest, and just good people.
Very unorganized. They started repairs without getting an insurance supplement and when found out what they had already fixed wasn’t originally covered made me aware I’d have to pay out of pocket if it wasn’t covered. I couldn’t understand why they would start a repair w/o first getting the details from insurance of what they were covering. The guy tried to make it sound like it was my fault bc I didn’t provide him with the insurance quote even though he said he would get it from the adjuster.
Insurance was going to cover a piece of my grill being replaced until the rep at the Bodyshop said it looked like rock chips and then lied to me saying he never said that. Insurance sent me the email the Bodyshop rep sent them that clearly stated it. Now my vehicle didn’t get repaired correctly bc of his incorrect opinion. Rather than apologizing and saying he made a mistake he just kept lying that he never said it even though the email was clearly from him. When I went to pick up my truck they forgot to put the Ram logo on my door and I had to take it back to be done. I would never recommend this shop due to multiple issues had thru the process.
We've been going here for several years regularly for car inspections, they're always fast, very pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. I've sent friends, too, for inspections and more. Always great reviews. Highly recommended!!
Timely, Fair Pricing and Great Communication...fixed tailgate quickly, didn't have to leave vehicle as they removed the tailgate to repair so I had truck to drive. Recently had a deer hit the truck and immediately took it over to Carteret Collision to get on the books for bodywork! Highly recommend...
These guys are amazing! Out of state on vacation and was in an accident. I had to drive all the way back to Cincinnati, Ohio with a driver's door that wouldn't close. These guys not only had me stop right in, but were able to get me fixed up quickly, and SAFELY back on the road again. They didn't have too on such short notice, but wanted to make sure my three kids were safe for the return trip. I highly recommend this body shop and was blown away by the impressive quality of work. Look no further!
First class job painting my pickup. Friendly folks that treat you as if they know you could choose to take your business elsewhere. Highly recommend
Update-29 June 2020
I have now taken three vehicles in for repair. My parents have also taken a vehicle in. Bottom line, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. A first class job every time. Jimmy and the rest of the team are true professionals that also understand customer service. The gold standard.
The guy who is suppose to do inspections takes a really long break in the middle of the day with no sign saying they are not there and he leaves early but leaves the open sign on in the building. I have gone twice to get my car inspected and both times he was not there and they said they were open. They told me to call before I come in but last time when I did call the man sounded very irritated and told me i did not have to call or make an appointment I just needed to come in and say i needed an inspection. Very displeased with the customer service. The first time i was there i was waiting for 15 minutes before anyone cared to tell me the guy was out on a break for a few hours.
