I had what I suspected a battery issue where my starter sounded like it would die at any given moment, so on a desperate whim, I called Carson Auto Care and was really happy they were willing to have me swing by on the same day. When I got there, the service was very prompt, no BS, just straight to the point. Very reasonable and affordable prices and I just felt like they took care of my car troubles. My car is now operating perfectly and I'm really grateful they took me in, especially since I'm moving to the dessert soon.
Thanks Carson Auto Car! Highly recommended and I'll definitely swing by this place whenever I'm in town and need a tune up.
An honest mechanic is hard to find, so when I tried Astro after many disappointments, I was more than pleased with Jesse. He's not only honest, but often helps me right away and charges me a fair price. More than once he has tinkered around and fixed the problem without charging me. For a female senior, that is a big deal. He's a keeper.
Been coming here for years usually to fix other mechanic's mistakes and get diagnostics.
Can not say enough good things about the pros over at Carson Auto Care. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were thorough and very transparent throughout the entire process. There pricing were very fair and honest. I will be back for all my future car issues.
Carson auto care deserves more than 5 stars! Very knowledgeable, skillful, quality service and most especially, honest! For women who are scared to go in auto repair shop afraid to be cheated and lied to, I highly recommend this place!!! Cata will go over and beyond to CARE for your car!
The guys at Carson Auto Care were knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and the price was very affordable! They even allowed us to leave our car there for about a week, since my bf had to work out of town while his car was in the shop. They didn't charge us a dime for storage!
I was recommended, by my mechanic, to see these folks for my 2007 Dodge 2500 truck. They have a specialty of finding emission leaks that are so small that one could spend a lot of money and not get fixed. Carson Auto Care found it and did the repair without having to replace the whole fuel tank. It is a common problem on Dodge/Jeep fuel tanks. And it can be expensive. See them before you go to the dealer.
I’ve known Cata since he was still on Avalon and Carson St. I have 4 vehicles and has taken care of all of them. Very knowledgeable of variety of brands of cars Mercedes, Honda , Chevrolet, Infinity, which our my current ones. Reasonbly prices his work labor and parts. Pleasure to have as our personal mechanic. I refer plenty of my friends and family to him. Thank you Cata
