I've had custom parts made and installed for my Harley, scheduled maintenance for my Mercedes C300, and tons of work done to my diesel Ford F250. No need to take your vehicles anywhere else because they will be done right here. Give this place a try and you will be satisfied with the pricing and the outcome.
Called to see when the earliest they could get me in for an appointment and they got me in the same day I called. Held a lane open for me for the day but due to a part I needed not coming in on time they rescheduled me for early the following day. When I got there they said the part was wrong and helped me get the right part right away. They were nothing short of courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. They also allow customers to bring their own parts to install so that you can find the best price and their labor cost is very reasonable.
I had been ran off the road back another driver in my Volkswagen beetle and it messed up my engine immediately. I got it towed to Cars Inc and they fixed everything in a timely manner and installed a whole new engine at a very fair price. I am super thankful that they worked with me and keep me in the loop with everything they did. Highly recommend!!!
Me and my fiance brought his truck to this shop and after thousands of dollars the issues were still not fixed. We had another mechanic look at the truck and it was practically a patch job that was done. Fixed the clutch at least 4 different times. Should have been fixed the first time. Don't claim to be a mechanic when you're only changing a part and it doesn't fix the issue.
I paid 850$ for a gasket cover replacement! I paid Richard then he said he broke a tool and rescheduled for two weeks I missed the appointment due to being needed at my son's school. It took another week to get hold of someone, I was told may 30th at 9 am and Richard went ghost again.. I spoke with the fiancee of the owner who said she would give me a refunded and I've been ghosted again!!
Took my car in to have coilovers installed and an alignment and I'm very pleased. The price is great and they got it done quickly. They set the ride hight to my liking and after I ran into issues with clearance they offered to re-adjust free of charge. They seem to be knowledgeable and have great customer service. I've had a few shops in the area try to swindle me but these guys are completely transparent and that's the sign of a good shop. All maintenance on my vehicles will be done by Cars inc from now on.
Great service but very busy. Good with electrical issues. Lee was able to diagnose and fix an issue with my wipers which I was dealing with for over a year and that also fixed my infotainment unit that had not functional for longer than the wiper issue. Price was very reasonable. Ford wanted almost $500.00 just to diagnose the issue.
Absolute worst. Mr Colsmann and Cars LLC owes me over $1300 as decreed by the Monongalia Magistrate court Judge for shoddy and unsafe work. Cars LLC is AKA Cars Inc. He has refused to pay and will rip you off too. Kept my car for a month trying to fix a simple brake booster issue. Damaged the battery cable and Mr Colsmann performed a dangerous splice that risked safety. Dealer had to fix it. Mr Colsmann promised to pay but never did, had to take him to court and won judgement against him and Cars LLC.Check the BBB rating for this place also
