Best WLM Reviews
Great place to do your car maintenance or projects. I use it for both. Is a family business and I like them. They had my car ready when they said it would be ready.
Ricardo was great. Very honest and friendly. He knows his stuff. Fair pricing. Better than a dealership. Fixed my screeching brakes and car runs great.
The most ethical, nicest, professional people ever!! I just moved here and have no family to help me with my car. It’s hard to find Mechanics that are honest and true, these people treat you like family and I’m so glad to have found them! I am about 45 mins away but it’s worth the drive, I will go here every time!!
I am very happy with the service I received from Motor Tech. Ricardo was very friendly and got me in very quickly to diagnose the problem with my Lincoln Navigator. The bill came in much lower than I was quoted because one of the problems was an easier fix. I love the honesty and integrity at this company. That is hard to find these days. I will definitely be going back when anything else goes wrong with my SUV.
Incredible experience! The owner and his team provide exceptional service with friendly and professional attention. Prices are fair and transparent, no unpleasant surprises. Moreover, the speed at which they completed the work was impressive. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and excellent service. THEY SPEAK SPANISH
Ricardo was very helpful in fixing my brakes. I had brake pads installed with them 7 months ago.
A few weeks ago, I went in for my regular oil change and one of the mechanics said my pads were low
@ 4mm and would need changing soon. I said "that can't be, they were changed 7 months ago"
I went in today to speak with Ricardo personally about my brakes and what happened. He said "Don't worry, they're under warranty and we will replace them, no charge." He did suggest a brake flush, to which I agreed. He said a brake flush would ensure my brakes wouldn't wear down so easily. He told me to come back in an hour when my parts came and he would fix my brakes the same day!
I feel very satisfied as well as relieved that my brakes are now safe!
Thank-you Ricardo for your quick service!
I friend recommended this auto repair shop. I have to say, they did an amazing job on my truck. The lifters went out on my truck. The dealership shop was charging $7000 to replace and fix. This shop did the job in 1/2 the price and time. They should be all the parts that the replaced. I would definitely recommend the auto shop.
Ricardo and his team were very helpful. I had an overheating problem on my engine and called after hours and even thought he was very busy, he was still able to take me in. He fixed my car very fast and kept in touch with me the whole time. Definitely recommend and would come back!
