Best WLM Reviews

I ordered the Abe Lincoln Wrap which was mostly quinoa , mushroom, spinach, & tomato, with an amazing sauce (chipotle/thousand island?) and a perfectly grilled wrap. I was a little afraid to be honest, not everyone does vegetarian food well but I am so tired of which which for sandwiches I had to try something new. It was SO good! Their bakery case was loaded with temptations and so I got a fancy almond cake coated in white chocolate which was dense and crumbly and wonderful, and a lemon bar that was way above average, creamy and thick. I’m quite the bakery snob, not all baked goods are created equal, but this place has some serious skills in the kitchen and I’ll be back again!
A friend and I visited and waited at the hostess station. Three (3) waitresses passed us and said nothing. We were the only 2 waiting to be seated. Finally one of the waitresses said they would be with us shortly. Two more parties lined up behind us and eventually we were all seated at the same time. However when it was time to take orders the waitresses passed our table and proceeded to take orders from the people that were behind us in line. When we politely interrupted one of the waitresses to let her know we were first in line however the other tables orders were being taken she told us the hostess had mixed up the tables and had us listed as the last in line! We explained the situation and she apologized and took our order. We were the only people of color in the restaurant….just an observation. We will NOT return.
Cute dining areas. Everything was clean. Nice selection of foods. They serve breakfast all day. I had a nice fresh house salad. Their blue cheese dressing was very delicious, to thick to pour! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Check out was easy using their Toast system.
Food very fresh and delicious! Service gets an A+ as they were all very patient and friendly with good knowledge of the menu. Very clean and warm environment. I will definitely be back. I was on a date but they are Kid and family friendly. Our server was attentive and sweet so bring a big tip...they deserve it!
Three of us had lunch here and everyone was very happy with the food and service. We had the 1607 sampler, a turkey wrap, and a chicken & mushroom tart with a salad. Their ham salad and tuna salad was really tasty. I also liked the pimento salad and chicken salad with carrots and orzo salad. We also tried the oatmeal raisin cookies, they were really good. This was my third time eating here, can’t wait to go back.
Everything on the menu sounded great, you can order breakfast all day, the bakery is phenomenal, and everything I tasted was yummy!! ????
The Brunswick Stew is homemade (like everything else) ????, all the protein salads are on point ????, the Carrot ???? Salad is a great addition to any meal and the desserts ???????? are divine! Don't know if you can find anything that's not fit for Royalty!!! ????????????
I feel the prices are too high. Once in awhile I buy a bacon cheeseburger for my son. $13.32 is pricey but it’s a good burger. I notice older people are the customers. As a matter of fact I learned that due to the clientele they don’t have a full bar anymore. The service is excellent. Decent food but too pricey on all desserts. I wouldn’t go sit and eat because it’s not the environment I like but I suggest, you should try.
The cheese burger (Donna’sBurger) I had was pretty standard but good. So was the Carrot Salad side I had. The salad was vinegar based which was quite different than I was expecting. Dorian (Waitress) was attentive & friendly. I will have to agree with another reviewer in that it was very pricey for such a basic lunch. I dropped $19.00 ($21.09 after tax) for a burger with a side and a Diet Pepsi.
