My preferred shop in the south hills. The guys down at Carroll are what you want in a mechanic - approachable, patient, and most of all good at fixing a variety of issues. I’ve taken four different vehicles there for different problems and every time the project has been done in a reasonable timeline with a fair price. Everything from electrical issues to your typical inspection needs - never had a bad experience at this shop.

Tried the place cause it was close to work that week.
They inspected my truck, 92k miles, changed oil, front brakes n rotors.... Picked up my truck, not realizing they put it in 4WD high. I drove it for 3 hrs before I noticed something wrong.... However, didn't catch the 4wd switch for almost 7 days.... Needless to say, when I realized it had been put in 4w high, I switched it back to 2wd, and a week later, still issues, check engine light comes on and I need a new motor.
Thanks a ton Chris n crew. I didn't really like that truck anyhow...
My advice, check and double check EVERYTHING when u get ur vehicle back from them. In my opinion, this was just plain oversight. And the fact that I didn't catch it for a week is on me, but there isn't any light saying u have been switched to 4WD.
Oh well. Live n learn.
Asked these guys to weld some parts to a bracket. The job was done very fast and the rate was terrific. Very nice people and I highly recommend them for the smallest to the biggest job.
Had an engine repair done here a few weeks ago; they were great! We were able to get in next-day, they completed repairs that afternoon & the prices were reasonable.
