The guys here are friendly, fast, efficient and won't rob you. I'm glad that I brought my Carrier reefer trailer here. I'll be back to this shop.
I would give them "NO stars" if I could. Girls in the office? Excellent! 5 stars all the way! The "Techs"? 0 stars. Lost, confused and untalented. My truck will never enter their shop again. Worse repair service I've ever experienced in 36 years of driving.
These guys are very bad unprofessional.?they are rude they leave everything incomplete all the orders I have asked. As you can see the picture the trailer cracked still there about the size of one feet. I also told them fix it my light on passenger still not working. They keep my trailer for one week and charge me $1,200 with the pm service. I don’t even think they have done any pm service in on my trailer engine. I don’t trust them please stay away theses guys.
On 02/23/2021 i had a reefer break down. Joseph and his technicians did an amazing job.
they were able to get me in the same day and do a quick diagnostic and repair. I was able to pick up a evening reload that day because of there great/timely service.
If we could get all of our work done here we would! Everyone is so nice and they are pet friendly! Joe was outstanding and patient with us (and our puppies..we apologize for the little one getting fresh with you!) We definitely recommend this place for prompt and professional service!
500 to just look at your equipment. Be prepared to pay people to stand around and over charged. They don't care about you coming back and being a returning customer... Rochester NY just as bad really no surprise. Same company.
3 starrs for now. So far, the staff I've delt with have been very nice and helpful. My trailer broke down so I'm stuck here for 5 days. Really hope it's all fixed up on Monday. If it is, and everything is good, will definitely put 5 stars.
Very happy with everyone here! They got me in right away and fixed problem quickly. Would highly recommend this place.
