Where do I start. We had Phoenix as our server and initially upon getting seated everything seemed fine! BUT that was short lived. We ordered two strawberry lemonades and you can see the picture of what it looked like. Phoenix suggested a European Spritzer which is a healthier lemonade option. He brought out both and let me just say there was like half a pump of syrup in the lemonade. Look at the picture!! In what world is a strawberry lemonade white??? And not pink??? Then he proceeds to say that we can only order the appetizer first and then once that hits the table, we can order our entrees. Carabbas is literally one of my favorite restaurants and I must say I have NEVER heard this. I get the exact same thing every time I go and I always order it all at once and never has a server told me that. However, I went with it and we ordered our mozzarella sticks and we waited about 20 minutes before we had our order taken for dinner. Phoenix seemed to be very pushy on things and was pretty opinionated on our order. I wanted my strawberry lemonade the traditional way (with a good strawberry syrup to lemonade ratio) not what I got. Additionally, my salad had so many pieces of brown lettuce and my mezzaluna which is usually a pinkish and creamier consistency was orange and oily! This is my second time at this location and it will absolutely be my last! I will stick to the Duluth location!
I enjoy Carrabbas! Always get the same thing every time I come - chicken Marsala! The sauce is delicious! The herb dipping sauce for the bread is also very good. I’m GF so can’t eat the bread but I take the herbs home to use on my own bread. The $10 take home deal is a great deal! I got to take a chicken Marsala home for $10!
I'm going to be honest, my expectations for having a great experience on Valentine's Day were pretty low. I'm so glad that I was wrong and that my husband made reservations here. The service exceeded my expectations! We were greeted promptly and pleasantly upon arriving, and we only waited about 15 minutes. Our server Brittany was lovely. She was working hard and had other tables but was very attentive and kind. The food runner Elijah was so sweet and had great energy.
The food was delicious. We weren't crazy about the calamari, but everything was great! I highly recommend the peach sangria, the lasagne, and the strawberry cheesecake ????.
We will definitely be back!
My girls and I came to have dinner because she always eats here, but this was my first time. Absolute worst service. Food was cold. Ordered salmon with my pasta, the salmon never came out. Soup with my pasta never came out either. Asked for bread never received it and the restaurant was not busy. 1/10
Our party of 6 had a great lunch. Our server Phoenix was very attentive and checked on us frequently. The food was quite good, and the menu offers a nice selection of choices. The portions were generous. Several of us had leftovers to enjoy at home.
I had a great experience here. It was lacking a little bit of spice for my taste, but I enjoyed how fresh the ingredients were. The Burrata with tomatoes is what’s completely missing. ????❤️
I was treated here for Mother's Day 2024. The waiter was a little overwhelmed. He didn't ask if it was our first time visiting (and it was.) Our order got mixed up. I decided to keep my order simple (no adult drink or dessert.) However, they ran out of noodles for the chicken soup, the fettuccine pasta was dry, and there were no ingredients for a popular item people posted online.
Phoenix was OUTSTANDING - personable, upbeat, and warm! He gave good recommendations on what and how to order, which were spot-on and taken.
I enjoyed my lunchtime, solo sojourn at this location. The team and ambiance were awesome. Most importantly, the food was excellent.
