There was no wait. Julie our server did a great job. The food was the usual Carrabas Italian fare. I had the Tuscan Sirloin Steak with Asparagus, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I washed that down with a glass of red wine and strawberry lemonade. Julie was the server and gave excellent service. I will be back.
It's been a while since I've traveled here, and I'm happy to say the inside improvements are looking really nice. The food and service are always topnotch. The Johnny Trio was really good and filling. I'm glad I tried it. The sundried tomatoes and gote cheese are really nice on the grilled chicken. If you like spicy and salty, the chicken spicy soup is right up your alley and real good. The family says this is the best breed, and the fried zucchini is always a favorite; you can't get enough. The cheesecake is probably the smoothest and best I've had. And that's saying a lot for me because I'm not big on cheesecake. It's nice to sit and enjoy the atmosphere here. The restoration is looking great. Keep it up.???????????? Joy, you were an absolute joy. Thank you
My meal was wonderful! Steak was just right! I had asparagus and broccoli for my sides. The Italian salad was really good. That was big enough to be my dinner. I took half of my dinner home. It will be great tomorrow for lunch. Wendy was our server and she was great!
This was a repeat visit for us with Sebastian, our server of many fine meals at the Vero Beach Carrabba's.
Sebastian has tended to our immediate needs on several past occasions so we asked for him specifically as we knew what we could expect.
As has always been the case, we delighted at every portion of our meal.
Sebastian has uniformly been cordial, accurate in our order, and attentive to our every need.
Alas, we will be leaving the Vero Beach area in 6 to 8 weeks, but we will be here frequently in between so as to not miss any opportunities for our great atmosphere and awesome food.
Thanks to Sebastian, and Eric the owner of the local Carrabba's, for making our experience pleasurable in every way.
I typically enjoy most locations of Carraba's and its one of the few chains I will indulge in. I got a curbside order on 5/12/24. Young lady that brought the food was great, and I showed up promptly. The food was warm, and I was having a typical experience I have come to enjoy. We first enjoyed the bread, warm and good like we were there. Caesar salads were fine, although the croutons were soft and spongey. Likely kept in the fridge on the to go salads. Bleeeh.
Next we shared the fried mozzarella appetizer. Would not recommend to go, they accrued condensation in the to go box they were packed in, and they were not enjoyable at all.
No problem, move on to the main courses. I got the Fettuccine Weesie, and she got the Mezzaluna. Her Mezzaluna was pathetic. The cream was not reduced whatsoever. Soggy ravioli in heavy cream...it was like cereal would be. My Fettuccine Weesie was the same way. Had zero flavor and the shrimp was so overcooked. Neither of us enjoyed our meal. Whoever worked saute the night shift on 5/12...bruh learn how to cook. I understand its busy, but if you can't manage to take 2 mins to reduce the cream in our meals, you should maybe rethink your career choice.
Management.....expedite your window and inspect your food before it goes out. What we got should have never got to the customer.
After the incredible disappointment in our entrees, we looked forward to dessert. She enjoyed the Canoli Cake, while I thought the Sogno Di Cioccolata was just meh. My first time trying that there. Nothing wrong with it, just wasn't for me.
As far as Carraba's goes, I'm usually a fan. But this is the third time we've eaten here since coming to the area, and I will not return anytime soon sadly. The other 2 trips were in the restaurant, and cliff notes of complaints were all pertaining to the quality of how the food was cooked. Service and atmosphere were both, again, adequate. In this economy, quality has to match price points. The kitchen here is probably the worst I've seen from this chain.
Carrabba’s at Vero Beach consistently has great food and great service. On our visit on 4/19, Colleen provided outstanding service! She was always one step ahead of what we needed. The manager/owner at this Carrabba’s apparently sets a high standard, and it shows. The food was delicious and plentiful. Be sure to try the lemoncello bread pudding before it comes off the menu!
Always a great experience! We’ve had Nichole as our server on a few occasions here. She is always consistently so pleasant and kind. She’s great at making recommendations & makes our experience personal and delightful. I was very excited to see she was going to be our server again this evening. The support staff is also always kind and helpful as well. The food is always very good at this location. Will definitely be back!
Our waiter, Tim, was the sweetest, funniest guy ever. He was very attentive and put up with our needy group of hangry people and a crying baby. He definitely made us feel much better and made the experience great.
