We hired Carrabba's to cater our event at South Lake Christian Church in Groveland, and they provided an affordable, delicious meal for 110 attendees. They were delightful to work with the entire process! Other local Italian restaurants were not willing to offer group pricing aside from their dine-in menu prices, so we were so incredibly thankful for Carrabba's willingness to work with us within our limited budget. On the day of the event, there was a misunderstanding with the kitchen staff regarding timing, but let me tell you why Carrabba's has earned my business for life despite this mishap... Mistakes happen because human beings may unintentionally make an error. What sets this restaurant and the managerial staff apart is the extraordinary customer service we received throughout both the planning of our lunch and the communication after. Not only did they apologize profusely for the issue, but they worked incredibly hard to make it right. Our team was thoroughly impressed by their response!
The portions were generous in every way! The Chicken Alfredo was delicious and enjoyed by all. The Caesar salad was perfectly prepared! The bread and dipping sauces were far beyond what we expected as well. We worked with Nanette, and she went far above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Her communication was spectacular. We have nothing but great things to say about Nanette and her team!
Our entire leadership has already visited Carrabba's again simply to patronize a place that has well-earned our business. Our staff families will be dining in again soon as well as a token of our gratitude. Thank you, Carrabba's and Nanette, for top-notch service and an outstanding meal. We look forward to working together again in the future!

Amy and her assistant were great! They kept our drinks refilled, brought extra bread and we had exceptional service! The food was outstanding (as usual) and the portion sizes were generous. We had the Spedino De Mare and the Fettuccini Shrimp and Scallops with Vodka sauce. The best part was the $10 take away (we took another Spedino and a Pasta Weesie to go). Would gladly return to this Carrabba's in particular and request Amy's section again!
Our 2nd time here for happy hour on a Friday, thank you Samantha and Demetri for being amazing! Carraba's cozze in bianco is Perfect, please please keep this on the menu! ????
Kelsey, was our waitress tonight for a date night with my husband. We sat outside like always for the beautiful weather and quiet patio. We had never had Kelsey before and we eat very often here at The restaurant. What a joy she was. Very personable, knowledgeable about the menu and food combinations. She made my husband an awesome chocolate martini that was her own recipe! She called it the Kelsey Expresso martini. He had 2 of them! Because they were delicious! She gave us the recipe for my son-in-law who is a foody and loves Expresso. Can’t wait to come back and get her as our waitress again real soon! And also a big shout out to Titto the owner. He came out to tell us all the mashed potatoes got overcooked and burnt for my Pola Rosa Maria Chicken. He suggested other alternatives for me. But then later before we left, they had remade mashed potatoes and he loaded me up with some to take home and comped our desert! Such an unexpected gesture. He went above and beyond! We had a fantastic night! He even gave my husband a comped Kelsey martini on the house.
Food was amazing, service was great and the location was clean.
We ordered the soup of the day (chicken soup) it was delicious, we also ordered the calamari appetizer it was delicious I loved the sauce options that came with it.
For our entrees my husband tried their new Filet & Shrimp Toscana it was great. I had my usual chicken Bryan but instead of fettuccine Alfredo I asked if they can do broccoli tossed in Alfredo sauce. It was delicious ????
We love Carrabbas! Loved the eggplant parm. Cooked to perfection! I enjoy the fettucini alfredo here too. What I probably won't order again is the calamari as the quality was no better than Olive Garden's (& I won't order theirs either again) but everything else I've had, has been wonderful. My husband loves their lasagna & the minestrone soup. I'd go for their bread alone! So fresh & delish, tastes like my mom's homemade bread! I've had their Polo Rosa Maria before too & that was amazing! Service is great & our server Stephanie was very attentive. I do wish they'd serve the Italian Wedding Soup...maybe they do but possible I'm going on the wrong days? If you're looking for good food in a nice atmosphere, you'll find it at Carrabbas!
Had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey tonight. What a wonderful experience. She was absolutely delightful. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was inviting. I had a pear something mimosas that was amazing. We will definitely be back and request her.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars bealcause everyone working today deserves it. I've never met a more welcoming or friendly group of people..from the Host, Waitress, table staff, Manager. They all acknowledged us with a smile. I had my free sweet birthday dessert and they came to sing. That never happened to me before anywhere!
Lunch was delectable!! All made perfectly. The steak in the sandwich was really tender and fresh. Fettuccine with chicken was amazing. Salads and bread were so good too.
One of the staff even helped the 2 doors as we left even though we didn't need it. Nice touch! They all said goodbye too. How nice was that?
