Absolutely horrible! Sent my son to get a haircut with his dad for school picture retakes and this place chopped my son up. His hair had long pieces all over the place. And the one side had a length gap of inches. They cut it up high and then down low. No blending the lengths and of course you can't undo cutting too short. Way too short.
I seriously don't understand why this place is still open or why people even come here still. I came here when I was a kid and they screwed up every time! Made my mom pay to fix it! This place is a complete rip off and should be avoided at all costs.
Rebecca is awesome and I will def be going back to her. She spent much consideration and time to ensure my hair was perfect and the way I wanted it. She treated me as if she was cutting her own hair. Plus super kind and dedicated stylist.
This was my first time visiting this place and it was very disappointing. I asked for straight cut and this is what I got . I asked the girl if she think that she did a good job she said yes . She didn’t know what she was doing, and refused to fix it . She ruined my hair . I paid and not I have to get it fixed. Save yourself time and money and don’t go here . Very unprofessional and what made me the most frustrated is the fact that I had to explain to her that it isn’t good and she didn’t care that I will leave with my hair looking like this .

Came to Carousel today to have an up-do done for my niece's wedding and was thrilled with the result. Donna ribboned the back of my hair beautifully and I received compliments all day! It also stood up to extreme heat and humidity. Donna was an absolute pleasure through our appointment and I highly recommend her and Carousel.
I had the best experience . I was feeling low and after getting my highlights I felt like a new person, not only did he make me look beautiful, he complimented me genuinely making me feel beautiful too. The owner has great amount of experience and everyone should visit him if you need hair guidance. Loved it!
My brother had a terrible time because the person who cut his hair was talking to somebody else and not focusing and did not make it even on both sides.
I love my stylist's haircuts but she rarely accomodates walkins. My job requires me to work on call, so I cannot book an appointment. I've tried numerous times over the last year and am willing to wait 2 or 3 weeks for her to accomodate a walkin but she never lets me know when she's there already and has an extra timeslot available. The mixed reviews and photos on this page make me less confident in trying another stylist at the same salon. I've tried 3 other stylists at other salons but it's never as nice of a haircut. The communication issues are why I'm giving 3 stars and not 5. I'm trying another salon because the front desk today told me all the stylists take walkins typically.
