My mother-in-law uses Carolina Custom Transportation for her weekly dialysis treatments. She has had wonderful experiences with very friendly and courteous drivers. She isn’t computer or smart phone savvy but she wanted others to know that she has 5 star experiences each time. Thank you for helping our family with your transport services!
I use their services to transport and back and forth to school who has autism. The drivers are kind compassionate and courteous. If something is up with the vehicle they will inform their clients. They do what they can above and beyond their ability to make sure that the client/children feel safe comfortable with getting on or off they are very thorough and I'm yet to have a complaint about this company I would highly recommend than anybody who has problems with transportation through Davie County Schools,
Very disappointed that my disabled sister cannot get transportation from Mocksville to Lexington at the ARC due to lack of drivers. My sister has Medicaid. I work. Taking her in the morning and picking her up daily is a huge inconvenience to me and working
Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Arrive to appointment on time and safe.
Staff may be professional but their driving skills sure aren't.
The greatest and safest drivers I have ever rode with they are friendly and warm . Have never had a problem with riding with them . The owners of the company are on sight most of the time . And they are friendly also . I love these people.
Today driver in vehicle 1016 was having issues staying in his lane, cut myself & another vehicle off in his hurry on 52N prior to his exit off onto 40. Driver was wearing a mask & had white hair.
I hope all your drivers are Not like him
I use this transportation service because of the professionalism used by their entire staff.
