Best carnitas and buche in corona and riverside. Home made tortillas got to try it once in your life.
As soon as i walked in it gave me a bad vibe, place looks dirty, and to my surprise they have an "A" rating. Carnitas were so dry. Rice was dry and had no flavor, beans had no salt, no flavor at all! There was an old lady serving the food, she had no gloves, cutting board was dirty and I had to ask for everything, she wasn't friendly at all. Cashier girl was eating her lunch right next to the register. When I was about to pay, older lady told her to charge me for every single item. $24 for 2 lbs, $8 for 12 tortillas, small rice and beans container $8, salsa $6 plus tax = $49
Also, they have two exits and one of them is blocked, which I think is a fire hazard. I don't think I will ever go back to that place. Too expensive and dirty! Health department needs to get on their butt!
The operation hours said they closed at 6pm but they always close earlier, bad ????
Best spot ???? the best food in town if you really want Authentic Mexican food ???? Must try you will not be disappointed I definitely be coming back 10/10
This place was dirty and one of the ladies was rude! The food made my husband and I sick and it was so greasy! It was too pricy, every single item was charged separately! Didn’t even get rice & beans! Won’t be coming back
Very good carnitas. Only problem is they take a long time. I had a to go order for 11 and I didn't receive the food to almost 11:30. Another problem was in order for them to sell me some tortillas I had to buy 2 lbs of meat, I also wanted to pay for another dozen but they couldn't even do that. They even sell you the onions, cilantro, and lemon. Usually other places they give them to you.
been going to them for years since i lived in tustin i would go to their first location in santa ana and was very happy when they finally opened locally big fan of the mixed carnitas and their chicharon! best carnitas also family owned business so you know the taste is always going to be delicious!
great service,super good food,reasonable prices,el primo and his family always take care of you..one of my favorite spots for authentic Mexican food!! give yourself the opportunity to try it you won't be disappointed..
