Great Venezuelan Food! As soon you enter the place you can taste and smell the original llano experience, great service too. It’s a family-owned business so you’ll feel the warm in every single employee that approach you, everything they do, they do it with love.
We just found this Venezuelan food place, very casual with an excellent and traditional rural beef style from the southamerican "llanos". Abundant food and extraordinary customer service. We were received by the same owner and attended by both, she and Ana, our server with passionate attention and service. Great culinary experience. Highly recommended!!
Probably the best Carne en Vara that I've have in almost 10 years. And the service is even better... 100 stars if I could!
The food is amazing they have amazing service here just keep in mind that it is a food truck and to bring mosquito repellent but after that it’s incredibly our waitress Yaritza gave us all her attention.Was great 10/10 experience would come again.

We visited this food truck when they came to clermont for the food truck event in Jan ‘24. Service was slow…so slow. The fried pork was below mid. Not enough fat on the cuts of meat to make it juicy and the meat was overfried leaving us with a severely dry and crunchy pork….I was scared for my teeth lol. We also got the carne en vara 1/4 pound. Just enough meat to observe how truly underwhelming it was. The picante sauce was good and the green cream sauce were mid.
Would not recommend and we stand on business with that. A family asked us where we got our fried pork and we advised to save their money.
This Venezuelan ???????? spot is amazing! The Carne en Vara is cooked and seasoned stunningly! The people treat you like family upon arrival. If you are on the Central Florida area, this is a MUST!
