Overall, it's a good place. Never had issues with food or service here. Just one thing that never makes sense to me is that every time I come by, it's never busy, only one or two cars at the parking lot, and no one behind me at a drive-through, but I still have to pull forward by the star to wait for someone to bring the food out to me. ????
I went to Carls when it first came to Moses Lake, and I stopped going.
I visited McDonald's (i90) almost daily for years, and I had a few experiences that led me to become a patron of Carl's Jr. In Moses Lake. I am impressed!
If you haven't been back in a while, I highly recommend you try it!
Exceptional service, they care about the brand and the food. I can tell the management is solid, and I enjoy their genuine effort. Give them a shot! I have been going to Carl's for weeks, and they have earned top marks for quality fast food. My personal favorite is the #4! Try it out!
Thank you,
Carl's and the team @ #1102428!
Also, if you are in a hurry, they are quick, but be respectful! Quality takes time!
Amazing fast food, and as far as management I haven't seen such a friendly face in all my years. Kristi is the most genuine person I've ever had take my order, carls jr is lucky to have a team like this here in moses lake.
The open sign is on. It’s not 11 and there is nobody attending the building or the window. They are hiding. Looks pretty open to me. What a bunch of lazy kids.
Although it Was clear that they were short-staffed.
They rocked it,my food was fresh, nothing was wrong as is was a complicated order.they brought my food to my table all the while taking care of everyone else! Great customer service Accompanied with beautiful smiles.my family and I will definitely be returning
Great place! Food was amazing. Tried the firey burger and it was fresh and delicious. The fries had a nice crunch. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be going back!
This location is never really that busy. But for some reason almost every order I witness at this location has to pull up and wait for the workers to hand them their food. Today we decided to go inside. And we decided to spend a bit more than we normally do. About twice as much. And sadly we were twice as disappointed. 2 pieces of my lettuce were limp as if they've sat out for a while. My burger was warm not really hot. Like it was made before I had even got there. All of our buns had these weird markings and they were almost all flat or smushed. No sugar really on the french toast sticks. All of my waffle fries were like tiny and ends. And I think I got medium sized fries instead of large. But that just might be a change in portions. I used to come here a lot more often. But after today it will be a long while before I feel like I may try Moses Lake, Carl's again.
Moses lake
When I came to Carls Jr I ordered the Diablo burger and a Big Carl combos. The food came out delicious and hot and fresh! The service was great as well the girl who took my order, Mandy was super friendly and attentive, best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time!! Also the lobby was very clean and inviting as well 10/10 definitely will keep coming back
