The Big Carl meal is $11. For that price this is what I got. There wasn’t any burger sauce on the burger. I had an old patty with old cheese on my burger which obviously been sitting out. For someone to serve another person food that looks like this, they have to be a careless cook. When is this location going to start holding their employees accountable for their sloppy service?
I stopped here on my 30 min lunch. I gave my order and said no cheese and no pickle. Why was there cheese and pickle in my burger!? I had to give it away. Waste of money. I'm allergic to pickle. Couldn't even go back because my lunch was over in a few mins. The girl there was too busy talking with the cook guy to even take my order right and when I asked for ketchup she put on a bothered face and only gave me 2 packets. This is why I never go to this location. Thanks for the reminder. And to top it off they gave me old fries! Never again.
Ordered delivery, food was cold drink was missing. Called the store and was told to drive there to get my drink. I paid $30 on a $15 order to not even receive the entire thing. I wouldn't have ordered delivery if I could drive there. Talk about messed up. If I could give 0 stars I would.... They didn't even verify the delivery driver, a girl, not Stephen delivered my food.
I go here every day because the bus stop is hot, what I will say even when I'm broke they let me stay inside Edward the new GM is also super friendly as well as all of the crew. The food is also super good and worth every penny.
Food is always hot and fresh. The employees are always polite. The lobby always is always clean and fresh.
I work across the street at Terrible's gas station, and this is my second time where I have been told that an employee is alone in their only able to do drive-thru. But this particular time as you can see in the video, that there is not only two employees in there I could be wrong but the one at the door is for sure an employee and the person that's sitting to the right that you see in the video as you hear her say is not an employee. This is unacceptable and I will be going further and higher to someone else as far as the inconvenience that you guys are bringing. You are running a business, and you're not doing it efficiently.
I must say this place has that best burgers. Fries were hot. We will be back!
