I can't give any fast food a 5, because I'm very health conscious, and also appreciate food as art. But in my life there are many times when circumstances require compromise, and I appreciate a quick bite when - as this afternoon - we hadn't been able to eat a meal since breakfast the day before due to being far from home in a hotel surrounded by busy traffic, hadn't slept in two nights, and had to be at an airport at 3:am...then flying for hours, followed by a couple more hours just getting out of the airport and parking. Ugh. We didn't have time to sit down long with a 4 hour drive still ahead of us, so this fast food was welcome, appreciated, and tasted good.
Only the 2nd time in my life to eat at Carl's Jr. Fried zucchini and onion rings sounded good, we split the two so we had some of each, and a jalapeno burger. The zucchini was lightly battered, which helped. The burger was very tasty, juicy, nice and spicy. Won't make a habit of it, but it was perfect at that moment.
I stopped here on the way out of Denver. I have never been at a Carl's Jr. that has looked this terrible and unprofessional staff. Told the manager the Peak Tea tasted watered down, she did nothing. The manager is walking around like she has nothing to do, but there is a line of 4 people waiting to be helped. The order wasn't right, and I had to wait in the line for 20 minutes and got the order wrong again. Instead of a hand breaded chicken sandwich and we got a grilled chicken sandwich, and it feels slimmy. I will never stop off here again. Will also tell my friends and acquaintance to not stop off here. Oh, by the way, be careful table top has not screws in it and has fallen in our laps. Nick was keeping that place going. He should be the manager!

I go here whenever I can. This location is the best I've been to. The food is ALWAYS good, the employees are ALWAYS nice. And every time I've used the restroom, it's always been tidy and stocked. The atmosphere is wonderful and I highly recommend the guacamole bacon burger with jalapeños(:
Normally this place isn't to terrible, food is decent and employees are usually nice! However, getting our fries and other sides continuously given to us pre-dumped into the bottom of the bag is pretty ridiculous. I mean they're open containers that are meant to sit in a bag with a flat bottom. I know they'll always spill, but I shouldn't open my food to see an empty box sitting on a pile of food.
Not sure what everyone is crying about regarding the AI ordering. It worked perfectly for us and we had no issues. Speak clearly and in English and it worked great. I even mentioned to my husband I was surprised at how well it worked. Aside from that, I wanted to come on here and give them a 5 star review. Every time we come here the employees are friendly, our food is always super fresh and it is really tasty. All you nasty unhappy nags just need to stay home.
This place had some kind of automated computer ordering system in the drive through. The darn thing couldn't understand that we didn't want mayo on the sandwich. It thought we didn't want cheese the first time and screwed it up the 2nd time too. We asked it to talk to a real person and we got a person who was obviously frazzled with the store being understaffed. We had to pull up to the window to get the order corrected.
Automated voice systems are not ready for this yet. Whoever made this "brilliant" decision should be fired.
Once again I ordered a Chicken Club with Mayo, lettuce and tomato. I get home i have at no extra charge cheese and for god sakesbacon! I call the guy. I explain they ruined my dinner ( no yelling). He said "I did not make it". He took the order! After that then yelling was dispensed. I am done going there. This, in my opinion, is the worsed managed store, ever. It is consistant. If the owner wants to know how to make money he can contact me. Real simple.
Eli and Lorena were fantastic and always friendly everytime I visit this location. Whenever I am hungry and decide to go out for food, this is my go to spot for all of my needs. The staff is always amazing and people like these two make it that much beetter. Great job to you guys and great job to your manager Tino for making this an amazing place and one of the best in the company!
