What a pleasant experience this was. The young gentleman at the counter, Should I I’m gonna post a picture of this the remnants Chris was very pleasant. Our food was very fresh, and even brought us a cookie when they brought it to our table. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. As you can see we didn’t leave much!
I normally love Carl's Jr. but this location sucks. I just ordered a famous star WITHOUT CHEESE & they gave it to me with cheese, again. It doesn't matter how many times I say it (today was 3) they put cheese on my food. I've gone here probably 6-7 times & they screw up, every single time. Some of us can't eat dairy. And you wonder why they work at a fast food restaurant. Don't eat here if you want your order right.
*I've given 1-2 bad reviews in over 10 years. This is my 3rd.
My experience was awful. All cars were sent to the front of the store to wait for their food. I can understand that it may be exceptional cases to do that, as ordering chicken strips ( which take 5 min to cook), but I just ordered a simple hamburger and fried. I went to the parking lot and went inside to find out why they were sending all the cars to the front of the store, and the manager was so upset that I was asking that. She started explaining that a hamburger takes 4 min to cook, which I said I don’t have a problem with ( even though they have to have hamburger ready since it’s a fast food restaurant). But she told me that the company tells them to lie about their waiting time and have the customer park on the other side of the building and wait for their food. After a few seconds of interaction, she said, I'm not going to give you your food and give your money back, and I said, ok, it’s okay, but she was agitated and kept talking to me about it. I told her I not mad at you, and I’m dissatisfied that you are sending everyone to the parking lot and giving the wrong time information to the company. I hope she was not a manager cuz she did not have any customer & service skills. She was wearing a black uniform. The drive through lady was really rude. I asked for a fry sauce and she said that would be 1$ im like what your kidding me and she just walked away. I will never ever go there again. Dude we live in utah we've got to have fry sauce with our fries and how dare the restaurants start charging for sauces like that. Any place that charges i will not support any more. My meal came to $12 something and they can't give me 1 free fry sauce. I hope people read this and don't support them.
I waited 27 minutes to get my food, along with the 7 people behind me waiting to get their food. I ordered the hand crafted lemonade. They failed to tell me that it was costing $2 extra. I had asked for larges and when i got to the window, they said they only have small. And they couldn't even fill the cup up completely. I asked for Fry sauce because I got fries and they said it was 35 cents a cup. No freeby ones that come with the fries. Food cold by the time I got.

I just returned from getting some fries for an ill daughter. I waited much longer than I had hoped after opting for waiting inside instead of the drive up. When several drive up were served ahead of me I felt irritated. As I waited I was amazed at the manager and coworker. They delivered the meals as fast as anyone could. They were amazing. My daughter loves your fries. She may deplete your supply if she doesn't get better soon. Thanks!
Worst food I have ever gotten at Carl's.
Cold onion rings, overcooked fries, hamburgers were like biting into rubber...tough and tasteless.
Wanted me to drive all the way back to return the food that wasn't editable in order to get a refund on my card.
I have frequented this location for many years....I will never do so again.
The customer service was almost as bad as the food.
I love this Carl's Jr! The customer service is always so friendly and reliable. I have some blood sugar issues and can always count on getting food quick, even on holidays and late nights right before they close. Which is huge for keeping me from passing out! We see Justin a lot and he always takes such good care of us, and makes our day better. Delicious food too!
