Best WLM Reviews
This is the best Carl’s Jr in the area. The food is always fresh and comes out quick. The customer service is the main thing that catches my attention, Bates, the lone man that works at the front at is always so attentive and kind. I definitely recommend coming here if you want to leave feeling good.
Don’t eat here often but my son has been raving about their chicken tenders. I finally tried it and man are they good. For fast food chicken tenders they actually taste like chicken. Super tender and the waffle fries were incredible as well. Wasn’t too fond of the burgers but will go back for the chicken!
Late breakfast that was still hot and fresh. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who was working the drive-thru because she deserves a shout-out! Friendly fast service, and when I asked for ketchup, she didn't hand me one single packet or even ask how many i wanted; she just put plenty of ketchup for two people into the bag!
This Carl's Jr is by far not just the best one I have been to, but also the absolute best fast food restaurant in the area. The food is fresh and delicious every time, served to you promptly and with the utmost customer service. Bates is always amazingly kind, polite and professional. He and the entire crew care to provide great food and service. And to be honest, it's been a while since I have experienced genuine and excellent customer service as Bates and the team continuously provide. I keep coming back. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face.
Never had a bad experience here.
Fries are always fresh as can be.
Prices are decent but like everything else it has gone up. I usually try to redeem the coupons as much as I can. Chicken tenders are awesome. A spicy chicken sandwich is hit or miss. Burgers are great.
Fried zucchini is good. Never went on Fridays though to get the burger that is on special 5 - 8 pm
Everything was made fresh!!! Will definitely go back my husband and son love this location!!!
Had breakfast, ordered drive thru. The lady at the drive through was so sweet! And when we asked for ketchup she gave us more than 2 packets. The breakfast was delicious and surprisingly filling. ????.. I always liked carls jr. Famous star is my go to. So it was really nice to have breakfast, and it still be awesome!
I don't eat at Carl's Jr. very often, but today I was on that side of town for some errands and impulsively decided to treat myself.
I guess they were having issues with the audio system used for ordering in the drive thru because the general manager was taking orders by hand and running them inside to the kitchen staff.
I had my dog with me, and being unused to strangers approaching the vehicle, she barked at him a little bit. He was gracious about it and took my order.
While I don't think I would order the same menu items again, the food was well prepared and fresh. This might become a regular stop on my weekly trip to Petco.
