Food was really good! Employees were really nice! They were keeping busy when they weren’t helping a customer cleaning and making sure everything was neat and fresh! Atmosphere was really good, quiet and I really appreciate the music that was playing when we went around dinner time!
WARNING!!!!! I just left from Drive-thru Sunday 1/28/24 after picking up a combo for my lady! Got home and she said the soda tasted off, I figured maybe CO2 calibration . She took one bite of her sandwich and spit it out immediately stating it tasted off. I bagged up the food and shake to return. I spoke with the manager Abraham who said he understood and would refund me cash not back on my card. As he and I were talking the young man and lady at the drive thru are laughing and she is peeking at me from around the corner! This only further confirms my suspicion that our food was tampered with. Do not go here because the mess with your food!! Thank you for the refund but that wasn’t the point!! You have lost my trust!!!
The experience was overall amazing. The food was great. The service was great. Drinks were aces. Everything was overall nice. Great atmosphere and a good place to grab a tight bite and go or stay and enjoy a good time with friends while you eat and chat. Overall would reccomend.
I went through the drive-thru and they have this “call service” AI (artificial intelligence) greet and attempt to take your order which is annoying. I ordered the fish sandwich because it’s seasonal item and it had no flavor. So if you’re looking for a good fish sandwich because “tis the season”, Wendy’s and McDonald’s are the better choices.
Had a great experience at this location. A young man at the drive thru window was very polite and even asked us how many sauces we would like! Very nice young man and the food was great.
I really dislike speaking to a computer to place my order. Scripted upcharge prompts are bad enough when coming from a human, it’s literally insufferable when a computer is asking me if I want to upgrade.
I value human interaction when in a situation where things might get misunderstood. If I ever find myself screaming “operator” at a fast food drive through, I’ll just go elsewhere. Matter of fact, I’ll go elsewhere until I hear that this failed experiment is over.
The food is always fresh, The employees there take pride in their work. You guys are awesome.
Today I sat in the drive-thru from 1:20pm-1:42pm waiting for my food that I seen being bagged. I don't eat pork due to religious reasons and specifically asked for no bacon on my sandwich. Not only did I wait over 20 minutes they gave me a sandwich they pulled bacon off of instead of making me a fresh sandwich. I am pregnant and experiencing flu like symptoms
