My husband and I were happily surprised with this location. Very clean, organized, friendly and the food was perfect. We spoke with the manager and she was absolutely the reason this experience was 5 stars.
Drive through took about 15 minutes, was fresh and good but i ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and this one tinder was 1/4 the size of the others.
Let me tell you . The service has improved tremendously. They have a couple new transfers from Ada location and they have really made a difference at this location. Friendly fast service positive attitudes. I suggest if you haven’t been here in a while , try stopping in again . It’s worth it.
ive been in sulphur all my life. carls jrs food used to be what i joke around and call "made with hate". which most fast food is! just slapped together everything. however the past 2 months ive noticed a tremendous change in food quality, speed and customer service! the food is "made with love" now, and a lady named brandi i believe is always so nice!

Tyler the shift leader was very helpful. The service was superior! Food was hot and I felt valued as a customer. Thank you Carls Jr you need more employees like this young man.
The cook didnt wear gloves till i mentioned him not wearing gloves while making our food, i went through the drive thru and no one was there inside or outside the man at the window made us pull forward and it took atleast 20 minutes for us to get our food. The order was wrong and had to go inside and have it fixed. The workers are very rude and act like customers are bothering them when we place our order. Very very dissatisfied
