Advised coming to this facility but Grandma wanted try zucchini. Representation overall friendly responsive. Problem is the person who is taking the water does not listen. We the people are paying for food. If we pay the same equivalent of the quality that's given I should have paid $10 not 50 for the food that was given. Requested The entire meal will be made fresh specifically. Fry's receive mix of onion rings and dried out not fresh fries. Specific request for grandmother's Burger. Pickles on the burger doesn't mean one pickle. Fried zucchini was crisp and good was made quite well. Take pride in every order received we pay too much for this food and it's not worth even coming to any of these establishments anymore for these prices and poor quality. I personally won't be back however my grandmother will most likely seek fried zucchini .
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Carl's Jr's. The atmosphere was great,the service was great and the variety of menu options was pleasantly diverse. In all my visit there was peaceful and relaxing and the employees were polite and friendly! If you want to relax and enjoy a great meal then I definitely recommend this Carl's Jr.....☺️
The customer service was really good, and they had our food in no time. The general area is spacious and another great spot to grab something quick and decent to eat. Their burgers are pretty good, the charbroiled meat compliments the taste very well. Their chicken tenders are pretty decent overall; nothing outstanding. They are what you'd expect standard chicken tenders to taste like. My one critique of this place overall is that the tables and some parts of the floor were riddled with crumbs. We had to switch table seatings because our first picks weren't clean. When we were there, it wasn't busy except for a couple of other people sitting down and one person in line. They could have had someone take the time to tidy up. Aside from that, it was a good time. Will most likely be visiting again.
2022 update: Drive thru cashier was fast and friendly. The food was fresh as usual. I recommend the breakfast burger but with no bacon for me. Until next time. Oh that's not served all day it's a breakfast item. So get there before 11am.
2021: It was quick and fast but the person who took my money had an attitude. The person who gave me my food and took my order was so nice so when the person who took my money had an attitude it didn't make sense.
This is a great location though never had any problems. I think she was in training. I had my mask on too just in case. Until next time.
Went there for food, when got home, had a burger completely wrong, so brought food back to be replace. Agreed to replace burger, but said I had to keep the fries which were getting cold and tenders. When I ask for it all fresh, they refused, when I wanted a refund they refuses until I got pretty ugly because $40 for fast food, and it not to be fresh, or right is unacceptable.
April 20th at 12:23. I sat there for 10 minutes while I watched three people in the back. Look at me and ignore me. It's frustrating that I can't get service anywhere, especially when I'm paying $20 for a fast food meal. Watch the cameras I sat. Waited patiently. Pathetic. Don't recommend
So I spent $10 on 1 burger and they can't even make sure the ingredients are fresh and not rotting on my burger. Never again! Spend a few more dollars and go to 5 Guys or somewhere that cares about their customers.
Whose ever in charge of hiring deserves a rise above all other locations this one is the best and I've never been missing anything or had negative experience from eating inside to the drive through I honestly love this location ❤️
