I'm not sure about the noise coming over the speakers, I'd rather hear a car with a bad water pump.
The assistant manager was on the registers with two workers in the back. We stood around for two minutes before he was able to take our order. The fries were old and the "burger" didn't look anything like the window display. The burger was bland and looked really sad. The jalapeno poppers were barely warm however they did taste good after I had to go ask for the sauce to go with it.
After I ate I needed to wash my hands and had to wait a few minutes for the employee who was working the back area to finally let the assistant manager know someone was at the register.
The strawberry milkshake was good.
The bathroom was clean and in good working order.
I wish I was kidding on how little this crisscut fries were. There’s seriously 5 pieces in here. They also messed up a big Carl plain with NO CHEESE. That we ordered. Good thing I checked that burger because the person eating it is a kid that hates cheese.
Was a great team at this location. Really enjoyed our interaction and their customer service. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Couldn’t ask for more. There was a small glitch in trying to use the app, but they made sure to get it taken care of right away. Will definitely be going back many times.
I was debating writing this but I kept thinking about how unfair it was for the poor cashier. I went in a couple days ago, I believe on Monday morning. I noticed that the guy that was helping me seemed to be alone. I asked him if it was just him since I found it weird and he said that he was still waiting on his manager to get there. It was 7am and the kid was cooking and taking orders all on his own! It's ridiculous that it was already 7 in the morning and the manager wasn't even concerned that the kid was doing everything on his own. I don't think I will be coming back after this. It's such a shame that this company has gotten very expensive and on top of that they don't seem to care where their managers are or that they're overworking their employees.
Recent experience. No one was staffing the drive-through for at least five minutes. Eventually, an employee emerged at the window and claimed their headset was turned off. I asked for very light sauce. I eas handed several dollars in quarters for change. I checked my sandwich after pulling out of the driveway - it was drowning in sauce. I parked and entered to show the staff. I left abruptly. The counter person was confrontational, unprofessional, and made clear that I was unwelcome.
This location is a ghost town for a reason.
Super Star w cheese, my favorite fast food burger!!!! My grandma loved a famous star w cheese, Western Bacon, a close 2nd for me. CARL'S used to have the sunrise sandwich, I miss that for breakfast... good service. I only go to this location I've been to others. NOT the same results lol .....Njoy FolkZ ✔️????????????
Every time I get food at this Carlsjr the food is fresh I like my food hot. The lines are usually not too long so it is very convenient for me. The drive threw peoples are also always friendly and take the time ot listen. I always have to have some suace with my food and they’re not stingy with it like other places would highly recommend everyone to go here.
The girl Nevaeh in the afternoon is always so sweet and friendly. Always has a great bubbly attitude and I always get hot fries
