Just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for 6 burgers and 3 fries. The place isn’t busy at all. Why does it always take so long at this location.. thought we’d try this wford location out again even tho the last 2 times our order wasn’t right. And the air conditioner doesn’t work in the lobby. So if you go there to eat inside be ready to sweat. It’s so ghetto at this location
Dropped in while passing through and ordered a BBQ Chicken and Santa Fe Chicken sandwich. Got back on the road and found the BBQ Chicken was a small piece of meat with too much barbeque sauce on a bun, nothing else. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing. The Santa Fe Chicken had stale bread. Obviously, the employee didn't care, and the manager was not doing her job!
McDonald's is right around the corner, do yourself a favor and go there.
Always so nice when ordering!! Ordered breakfast and it was all so cute lil heart biscuits! ❤️ They were fluffy and buttery and soft just baked right! My mother made it a tradition to take use every Friday when we had it in our town so everytime i see a Carl's Jr i stop there and get my got to food.
We came in on a Monday night around 8:30pm with 6 people. They had a couple in a booth and other than that was us! The drive thru seemed constant. The young lady took our orders and gave us a number tag to put on our table. So we didn't have to get up when our order was ready, they brought it to us. The fries were really good, the burgers were delicious and filling. I got the star burger and one of my sons asked for the biggest burger they had..he got a 3rd lb guacamole burger, it was huge! Everyone was extremely happy with their meal. The place was clean and they have highchairs for small children. The only thing I can say negative about them is that they need to fix their sign outside, I almost missed the place.
Went into this location, during the summer with my famiily and it was uncomfotably hot. We decided to take our food to go. You could tell that the employees were extremly hot and sweaty. Decided to go in this week and it was so cold, the employyes were wearing coats as they worked. Again we decided to take our food to go. Will not visit this location again. You would think this company would at least have a comfortable environment for your customers and employees. Surprised the labor board has not been called.
Had a mobile order and pickup time was 6:45 a.m., but upon pickup the lady in drive thru was very rude and said they were closed at 6:51 a.m. even after trying explain that I had a mobile pickup for that time!
The food and employees are great. The building is so cold, not comfortable to eat inside. The employees had coat on while they were working.
Dustin is incredible, very polite, respectful, and hard working. Food is fresh, fast, and the employees are incredible, table and chairs were hand scrubbed and clean. This is one of my favorite Carl's in the US.
