Best WLM Reviews
The play area is absolutely DISGUSTUNG. They do not clean it and you can tell. The sun beats through the window causing it to turn into a hot ???? box. They need shades on the window.
The staff is not very friendly, it has been more than once that I am treated as an issue for ordering.
The soda machine always tastes off, and the area is always sticky.
Carl's Junior has long been one of my favorites. This facility was clean, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. And of course the Spicy Chickens tasted like Spicy Chickens.
The young man that took my order was very polite, it's so wonderful when employees treat the customers with respect. Very very nice!
I work at the Tacobell next to this place and the food is always hot and amazing. Not to mention the workers are always so sweet even if they're really busy. One of my fav carls jr's to stop buy or run over one break to get food!
I went to Carl’s Jr to get the California Classic Combo deal as advertised on the outside poster. I was charged for the combo but did not get the burger as advertised. The picture shows lettuce, tomato, and some kind of creamy thousand island or something. I got none of the things I listed - it was just a basic cheeseburger that I got overcharged for. It is listed as 5.99 on the poster and i got charged 6.99. If you’re going to advertise and charge me for a deal, give me the deal. Not coming back.
I am at this Carl's Jr all the time and it's always an unbeatable experience! Service is fast, quality food and most of all is the service quality. I tend to always get a woman who deserves a massive raise. So if the owner reads this, the drive thru woman who was working at 6:45 11/24/23. Give her something to show how great she is! Love this location! Keep it up!
Update: Her name is CJ. Give that woman a raise!!! 6 month later and she is still the best!
The service at this Carl's Jr is always amazing! The team is consistently up-beat and seem genuinely happy to be there serving this community.
Awesome place to eat. Delicious shakes tasty hamburgers hot fresh fries and amazing chocolate cake. Service is great!!
