I'm impressed with this particular location. The service was great. The food was fresh and made quickly. Plus, unlike other locations, this Carl'sJr didn't charge me for extra sauce. Way to go.
The people are always friendly here. I love coming in for the Famous Star. They have a deal where it’s definitely a steal. The food always tastes fresh here and I definitely feel like I get more than what I pay.
We come to this restaurant at least once a week. Sometimes twice. The variety and quality of food is great! The people here are attentive and kind. They greet us with a smile and hello. Even the kitchen staff will give us a wave. Yesenia and Imelda keep the good food coming and Iris is always friendly and accurate with the order.

I ordered two 6 piece chicken stars and only got one 6 piece chicken stars. It was still good though Yum Yum Yum.
They are playing music that is VERY indecent to have on while children are inside. One of the songs was saying,” I can do it for hours and hours and hours and hoooooours”. And the volume is up really high. Why are places playing music like this? Not everyone listens to R&B or rap music. It’s becoming a problem, it really is. I’m just a regular guy and I listen to all kinds of music but when you are talking about being inside of a professional establishment, you need to have some respect. Older folks from years and years ago also do not want to listen to things like this, it’s borderline filthy.
Anyway, I love Carl’s jr food. They are underrated compared to other fast food joints. The other fast food places can’t even compare to the breakfast either. Good job on the food at least Carl’s Jr.
I am a “regular” here and it’s one of my favorite places to go. I usually order the jalapeño double combo. So good!
The lunchtime staff here is awesome—top to bottom. A special shout out to Iris, Imelda, and Yesenia. They always remember me and do an excellent job. They work so hard.
My first time at Carls Junior, and I was not disappointed. The employees really made the whole experience so much better! Sandra and Martha were at the front and just full of smiles, even though it was super busy! Great place for good food!
The provo Utah Cougar Blvd location has great service and food quality. Despite being understaffed at times, the staff are Always kind and provide good service. It’s not often we are delayed due to staff shortages so we keep coming back.
