I ordered the double sourdough burger with no lettuce and no tomatoes. I asked for extra pickles instead. The lady said, it doesn’t come with pickles. I said, can I have pickles anyhow? She said yes but that’s an up charge that I’ll have to charge you.. I said that’s fine. I would like extra pickles please and no lettuce no tomatoes. She repeated my order.. I also ordered an order of zucchini.
I received my order, which I was really pleased that the zucchini was freshly nice and hot. I checked the bag to make sure everything was in there and went home.
To my surprise when I got into eating my burger, there were no pickles on it and three layers of tomatoes. I am not able to eat tomatoes.
I just tried calling Carl’s Jr. at this location twice. Nobody is answering the phone. It rings about 30 times and then disconnects.
That’s extremely disappointing and discouraging . This was a single order made incorrectly. I expect a better performance from Carl’s Jr. I was the only customer there. It wasn’t like a major rush at lunch. There honestly was no excuse to make this wrong.
I'm so impressed with my recent visit to Carl's Jr! The service was amazing, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure my order was taken and prepared quickly. I ordered the iconic Star Burger and it did NOT disappointt The patty was deliciousss???? the bun was soft and fresh. The crispy fries on the side were soo good I was thoroughly satisfied and can't wait to come back for moree????
It’s not a bad place at all. The burger’s are delicious. The stand it’s nice. The only cons I have for this Carl’s Jr is there same for pretty much every other location. It’s out dated, bathrooms are usually not cared for due to lack of staff and the revolving door of not just homeless but people who just don’t have any sense or respect for a place let alone themselves. I digress Carl’s Jr is good if you know what to order and there is a good cook in. The back. Go check it out.
Great customer service! I arrived a little before they were gonna close and was happy to find the man taking my order to be friendly and did not seem irritated by me being there. My chicken tenders were cooked perfectly, which I really appreciated!
At 10pm I saw the commercial for the Sourdough Bacon cheeseburger. The commercial made the burger look so good I had to have one right then. The burger was well put together and the flavor did not disappoint.
I'm a vegetarian and ordered a beyond meat spicy cheeseburger. I got home and was surprised to see that bacon was put on my burger. I went back to the store and was able to get a new burger, and received an apology from the manager. The staff was unaware of the difference in the beef patty and beyond meat patty- which is disappointing.
The 5.99 breakfast special was very good and good value- big big burger with everything on it- but most things there are too expensive even with coupo ns.
Loved this location today with my family ❤️ the service was great and so nice and clean food was better than I even expected lolshout out to the crew and up front we had Estephany over all 10/10
